First and foremost, ADRIAN and HIS TEAM from Dent Tex PDR, are truly the best! Of all the 6 years I have lived here in San Antonio, I have never experienced any weather-related disaster like I have from April 12’s hail storm. I did not even think about the extreme damage it would cause my less-than-a-year-old vehicle (still my baby)! I have to admit, I know very little about cars. After meeting with my insurance claims adjuster, I was then dealt with the biggest dilemma: Who or where do I go to for my car repair? I went to several auto body shops around town. Even if I knew nothing about car repairs and whatnot, I was not a dummy! One told me they needed to replace the whole entire hood of my Mazda CX-5 and repaint it, and another said it would take more than two-three weeks to have my vehicle repaired. I found information about Dent Tex PDR online, and had my boyfriend call the place. He spoke with Adrian. From the get-go, Adrian did not give us the run-around nor nonsense BS that the other places were telling us. I had a good feeling about Adrian, and I was surely right! He had my Mazda CX-5 for over a week (it would have been less than that time frame, but my insurance was taking forever to get back to him, go figure) and once I picked up my car, I was ecstatic with how all the dents were magically gone! Amazing work from Dent Tex PDR! I went back to Dent Tex PDR a few days later to have Adrian install a trim that was back ordered. He noticed another dent on my hood. YES, my car baby, my Mazda CX-5, was struck again with ANOTHER hail storm that briefly passed through San Antonio! What are the odds! He told me genuinely that he would help me fix that one dent. I am beyond grateful to Adrian and his technicians from Dent Tex PDR. I even met, Morris, one of the technicians, who worked on my Mazda CX-5. These guys are great! I had just bought a brand new Scion FR-S and had a small ding on the back panel near my door. It wasn't to bad but it was definitely noticeable. I called around in my local area and was all getting quoted 100$ and up! One business even quoted me $287 for a small dent!!! I came across Dent Tex and decided to go get a quote since i was leaving work and it was down the street. i was greeted by Adrian (very cool honest guy btw) and he took a look at my dent. Quoted me an amazing price, told me to drop it off in the morning, and he also offered to drive me to work that morning! I don't know of any other company that would go out of their way to do so. I get to work at 9:00 am 20 minutes later i get a call that my car was already done! Adrian told me that he would even drop off my car back to me! He ended up going to my work, picking me up to see my car before i paid. He did an amazing job, very honest, up front and his prices are THE BEST! I took my brand new car to Dent Tex PDR after it was caught in two hail storms. They came highly recommended from a coworker. I took it there Wednesday but there was an issue with Enterprise not having a vehicle for me. Since I live on the complete opposite side of town, I made a reservation with Enterprise and dropped it off first thing in the morning Thursday. Adrian, the owner of Dent Tex PDR, said there were issues with Enterprise (so if you need a rental-make a reservation first). They were able to get me in right away after another place had me make an appointment for Dec. I called the next week to check on how everything was going and was told that it was ready! I was very excited. All the dents were out and I was informed that they didn’t even need to drill/bond-o anything! They even got some out that we weren’t sure if they were going to be able to come out! They worked well with USAA and they even covered my deductible with a discount so there was nothing out of pocket! Which was AWESOME!!!
