Exclusive Reception Hall of San Antonio — Attraction in San Antonio

I’m not sure how this place has 5 stars but this place was such a disappointment. We had my niece sweet 16 here and first they kept changing the prices you think your in a contract with a set price but that’s not the case here. The day of the event guests complained to us that the staff let them know they had 10 mins to eat because they needed they’re plate’s back to start washing dishes at 8 pm the event started at 6. They did the same with the glass wear they poured our drinks in red plastic cups we were so confused. They charge $2 per cup of ice but if you complain you will get it for $1. The staff are unprofessional so many random people in regular clothes jeans and Tshirt just walking around why can’t they attempt to dress up our guests were better dressed than the staff. At one point I saw a older man maybe a owner go up to our sorry looking fruit table and grab a piece of fruit and walked off eating it. The Photo Booth was the worst ! Don’t hire the Photo Booth from the venue the lady is supper unfriendly she kept telling our guests get closer to fit in the Lense of her home camera. we were on top of each other and she was complaining about printing pictures for guests it was the worst experience this place need to be more professional for what they’re charging. This place need to be more professional and more friendly for being in a customer service business. Held my daughter's sweet 16 there and AC wasn't working. They told us they turned it on late. There was a lot of gnats in men's and woman's restroom gnats around the cake and by the candy bar. Water on floor and someone slipped and fell. Photographers didn't give me all the package that was included. Owners blocked my number cause i kept calling looking for my daughters photos.. Last Night (April 5th) I attended a sweet 16 the whole venue was hot. What they told us they didn’t turn on the ac until 5pm. They didn’t have ice for set ups. & not only did they double book this event because this even was supposed to last Saturday 3/29.
