210 Ice Cream — Restaurant in San Antonio

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I’ve been to the one on Bandera many times and had a great experience. We ordered corn in a cup, a fruit cup, a sandidilly and strawberries n cream. The corn was ice cold. It tasted like it came straight out of the can. I drove home only to drive back and request a refund and they tried to tell me I couldn’t have a refund because I was there over an hour ago. (When I was just there less than 10 minutes ago) I got refunded for the corn only after 10 minutes of arguing back n forth with the manager who knew no English. (The boy at the counter did but did a poor job of translating) Next the fruit in my fruit cup AND strawberries n cream was old and tasted bad. When you order a fruit cup or strawberries n cream you expect freshness, it was NOT. The sandidilly was the only thing half decent. I spent over $30 for old fruit, cold corn, and HORRIBLE service. Save the trip to this poor establishment… you can find better for...

I don't like to leave bad reviews but this one deserves it..one star because they have a huge variety on their menu BUT the service is absolutely horrible....I was picking up a door dash order...I approached the windiw which had 2 sides...left side had a long line of people ordering....I figured the right side was for door dash pick up...I waited and was never greeted or acknowledged....after the RUDE lady helped 4 people in line I politely asked if I was at the correct window for door dash pick up....the lady turned to me and yelled that she was taking care of the line first...I told her I just asked a question....she did not understand English so I told her in Spanish I was just asking a question and she didn't need to be rude about it!....I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order....that door dash took almost 45 minutes and I only made...

Good everytime! Nope not anymore. I order a LG strawberry shake but instead received a strawberry smoothie. It was ice, water and strawberry. No ice cream whatsoever. It cost around 8 bucks! In front of my two little girls the rude young lady closes the window on me just because I asked for the correct order. I finally just asked for a refund. No refunds she said. No signs posted by the way saying that. I'm so disappointed. I was so excited to end my day with a treat with my babies. Do your family a favor and just skip this place. Go find an ice truck to spend your hard earned money on. I ended up throwing it in the trash where it belonged. It stinks like old mop water in there. Disgusted and disappointed. I'm never...
