I purchased a Rolex Datejust two-tone (116333) from Exotic Diamonds in San Antonio in 2020, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, I paid $12,000 for the watch, expecting a quality product from a reputed dealer. However, what I received was far from satisfactory.

Firstly, the watch had incorrect hands, a cracked crystal face, and a case that was not water-tight. These are fundamental issues that should have been disclosed prior to purchase or fixed by the dealer. Instead, I had to spend an additional $4,000 at my local Rolex Authorized Dealer to rectify these problems. Exotic Diamonds only compensated me $1,400 towards these repairs, leaving me to foot a significant portion of the bill.

Moreover, the repair process took a staggering six months, during which I was without the watch I paid so much for. This inconvenience was exacerbated by the indifferent attitude of Exotic Diamonds' staff, who showed little concern for my situation.

Fast forward to 2024, when I decided to part ways with the watch due to my dissatisfaction with Exotic Diamonds. To add insult to injury, they offered me a paltry sum - half of what I originally paid just four years ago. It's clear they took advantage of my situation, offering me a fraction of the watch's value.

It's evident that Exotic Diamonds sells watches that are essentially Frankensteined together, lacking the quality and integrity expected from a luxury timepiece dealer. Their business practices are deceitful and exploitative, leaving customers like myself deeply dissatisfied and out of pocket.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing anything from Exotic Diamonds San Antonio. Their lack of transparency, poor quality products, and disregard for customer satisfaction make them a company to steer clear of. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your luxury...

This place was a horrible experience. I was referred to this place and was told they were an amazing store, came in for a gold grill and the salesman was fairly rude to begin with. I got a 10k 8 top 8 bottom solid gold grill, it was over priced to begin with at just under $900, but I was told they do amazing work and I have no problem paying for quality. They took my mold and told me my pieces would be ready for pick up in 2 weeks. It ended up taking 5 weeks and once I got to the store to pick them up they didn’t fit correctly almost at all. The salesman then proceeded to say “Let me see” and SHOVE the top piece over my teeth with a LOT of force stating that “sometimes you just have to brake them in.” This was ridiculous and I was very angry, I told him to get off me and that I wanted them re made (I did not even ask for any sort of refund or discount, just that I wanted them done correctly.) The salesman then got very aggravated and told me there were no refunds, no remakes, and no after production changes. I took my pieces and left and later on found out from a jewelry store that I frequent that these grills were not even real gold, they were 10k plated. The gold platting has since came almost all off and they look horrible. I have personally seen grills they have done for other people and they were amazing pieces or work, as well as necklaces, watches and more, all amazing authentic pieces. I have also seen them do the same thing they did to me to other people with fake grills and on one occasion a fake chain. I’m not sure why they decide to try and get over on certain people, but in turn I will never re visit this store and would not recommend ANYONE to them as they seem to pick certain people to screw over. Do not go here REPEAT do not last year my husband got me a ring the diamonds kept falling off I would ship it to get fixed when I recently went it was told basically new customers come first ! Anyhow I said I can wait get my ring fixed then Sam the guy went to say trade it in get 70% back to a new ring then what really was upsetting he said let us see what your approve for like wow lol can I look first so that being said ima business woman my self I stay in Louisiana my husband told him that’s not how you run buisness you ask the customer what they like not what they’re WORTH.
