Chick-fil-A South Park Mall — Restaurant in San Antonio

Just showed up to pick up an order for Uber eats and the manager is telling me that the order was already picked up over an hour ago….. And I explain to him if that order was delivered to the customer I wouldn’t be here right now to pick it up… And I explain to him (which he was a younger guy) that what other restaurants are implementing that help a lot with theft is they make their rideshare drivers confirm the pick up before leaving so that way if the order ends up missing after the fact then it falls in it’s driver and they won’t keep sending drivers to pick up an order that isn’t there wasting our time and gas…. And then he confidently says “I have them confirm the pick up” but I told him obviously cause it you had done that initially then I wouldn’t be here to pick up an order…. And mind you I was one of multiple drivers to show up for that order that was taken all because he couldn’t have his employees confirm the pick up or he himself do it yet lie to my face that it was done….. Restaurants need to do better because we are trying to make a living just like you are and by not doing this you are actively hurting us in the process….. do...
