Harlandale Civic Center — Attraction in San Antonio

The worse experience ever, they cancelled our event. They said they sent out email but we did not receive anything. How could people in office cancel something and has not spoken to anyone. We tried calling the number they gave for security and no one answers and they blame it on us for not following up, the coordinators in the place? Rude people to talk to. This is my second time playing this venue for a special family event. They really redid it and it looks amazing inside. Not because of the South Texas Sun, it can get a little warm and muggy inside. They have added some really modern up-to-date ceiling fans which are controlled by remote if the city workers are there to help out. Looking forward to the next time I get to play this awesome venue hopefully during a cool month so that I could take full advantage of the outside area...

A/C has been out since night before & a mechanical request to have serviced was put out since the following early morning. Unfortunately my event begins at 5pm & its 80°inside the center. We are having to borrow fans & extension cords. No A/C mechanic has come by to fix or even look at it. Its 99° outside . No one from the office has responded to the onsight rep whos been emailing & calling. I am extremely unsatisfied w/this Centers service to remedy...
