I went to drive thru and my visit soured from there. I have had a CVA and two TIAs, so my speech mechanisms sometimes do not work. While placing order I could not speak and the delay in response meant we were talking over each other . A question was asked and I replied that I was lost - never got a response so I went inside. Inside I had to wait 10 minutes, employees were checking their phones. Customer in front of me asked a young employee a question - his response was to point at the female working the register and then go back to his phone. I ordered and my order was incorrect . I like Bill Miller but I have had problems with 3 out of last 5 orders . Will just have to go to another location next time. Food was good but customer service was non existent. Would be understandable if they were busy but today it was light and one hour before closing. Most companies have rules concerning cell phone use, either Bill Miller's does not or they are not adhered to and management...
Read moreOrdered Mac n cheese yesterday, and were told there'd be a wait. Waited for a while in line basically about the time they told us the wait would be for a fresh batch. Got in and paid, got our order and started to take off. This is where your reputation precedes you: pulled up to check our order, and lo and behold no m n c. Not once at the window was there a mention that there was still a wait for it. Then, to make it worse, went inside for another 6 min wait(we're at 15 mins by now) only to be told it still wasn't ready. After another 7 mins passed, went back in to finally get our order. The miscommunication was horrible on your part, and the service was terrible. Mind you, this was peak time on a Sunday, and being ill prepared for the prices you charge is unfair and unacceptable....
Read moreI LOVED THE energy of this restaurant when I visited last week at the end of a very eventful, however draining day. It was extremely refreshing to walk in and see smiles and happy workers, genuinely happy, not very often u come across that at Bills. And very cute employees. Yes, very cute. Employees with genuinely happy smiles not so much. This location had both and the guys look happy to. Got to give PROPS TO THE young lady that was managing that team. She was doing an excellent job (on the side I asked her how old she was because I was very surprised of her report with the crew. She didn’t wanna say it out loud, so I’m going to keep that sense of secrecy for her sake, and just say that young lady is extremely skilled, and needs to be made an example of for the awesome job that...
