Went there last night and had the worst service I have ever had. Issac, who is a “manager” needs more training and Rose, who is a “GM” is just as rude as her son - who is a manager. They claim to have been under new management and there is a lack. I was at the window after having to wait for 5 minutes to order and notice a discrepancy with my order. I ASKED to get clarification and was told “that I was wrong and Isaac went on a power trip and was extremely condescending and explained that he wouldn’t refund my order because there was “nothing” wrong with it, and if I wanted a refund to come back in the morning and the GM could refund me. He used foul language and Ashley, who is an employee there was laughing and Amir, who started out helpful later became sarcastic with me, and it was completely offsetting. I spoke to Rose, the GM, on the phone and explained the situation to her, meanwhile Isaac, the manager - who is her son, kept making snarky comments and would not let me speak and continued to use foul language and when I told her what happened and explained that I worked in customer service, she said to me “if you work in customer service you would know that there are policies and procedures in place that need to be followed, and further explained that if she gave me a refund her higher ups would question why I was refunded for me order - like excuse me, I don’t care. You have horrible customer service and are extremely rude AS WELL AS my order was incorrect.
The people here like to feel in control and are extremely unprofessional. And I also think that nepotism plays a huge part in how they run their business and as long as Rose continues to allow her son to be a manager, they will never be able to move forward because her judgements to effectively lead will be clouded because she is going to want to...
Read moreI have to start this review by saying, it's not good. During an attempted visit to this store we experienced the worst service at a fast food chain I've ever had. Upon entering the location there was already a customer at the counter attempting to place an order with Tia the cashier. We waited as per norm our turn. After the cashier finished his order she then began giving us a darn good ignoring. We waited about 8 minutes while the crew meandered around the back. Another customer came in and took his position in line and began to wait during the darnn good ignoring we was getting. After about 4 more minutes and the meandering the manager Mo came out and began working at the cash register. The customer behind us spoke to the manager about how long he had waited and that we (my boyfriend and I) had been there a while being ignored. But instead of jumping in and taking an order or two she made the excuse she was working on a catering order and continued the ignoring. The other customer explained the lengthy delay again and was told that she didn't have time for taking orders and continued the ignoring again while staff continued meandering around. After a couple more minutes we left and went to another Popeyes on Pat Booker Rd and received excellent fast service like I've come to expect from Popeyes. Now the biggest issue I have with this is that this whole bad ordeal has a distinct air of racial prejudice. The entire staff was of color and we watched them glare and stare while we waited knowing how long we had been waiting. I now completely understand why this particular store has a 3.5 out...

I asked the register lady while the manager lady was standing there! To put a Fresh Batch of SHRIMP and if No Problem also the FRIES. I noticed the guy in the back about to put Old Fries in the little Bag and Asked the Lady why the fresh batch! I did not like the Comment! What they don't Remembered is that I have to drive a distance and want to make sure the food is Fresh! Had No Issues in the PAST! But Today with NO Customer in the Restaurant.. Slow start off Day! I was surprised the order was Done in less than 4 MIN! The Guy told me it's FAST! Right! I did NOT Open the Box since I TRUSTED Them! Got HOME! And I saw Over greased Stuck Together Fries! Not even 🔥 HOT!!! And the SHRIMP! Not 🔥 HOT.. The Meat it seemed a little In Done! Over breaded. Meaning, it was Not The FRESH BATCH that in the previous Fridays the Order was Fresh! I call the manager and she only stated that they did! HELLO, she wasn't in the Pickup area.. Just walking around in the Drive- Thru paperwork! Again! No Customers!! Only ME! She offer to Replace, I informed her it would cost me More to drive back for a $5 Box! Secondly, I advised her To CHECK the SHRIMP! Make sure is FullyCooked! We don't need PEOPLE getting Sick with Salmonella! I told her Lost my Business. I should have Gone to Bayseas Catfish House down the Street on Vallencia Village Center next to Big Lots Store.
