Took our 14yo boy Bronson there he has Cushings disease and needed periodic random ATCH testing. First they quoted us at $382 for the test, which is higher than most places already but we still agreed since its location was close by our house. Then while in there about to give them the dog on the 1st ATCH they tell me there is a $10 biohazard fee. I found that odd since no other vet does that but agreed anyways. The next time we took him in for the 2nd ATCH test they notified me there will be an additional separate “medicine fee” next time we bring him. I told them that is the ATCH test itself and you can’t itemize the test. The ATCH test consists of two blood draws one pre meds one post meds, also one medication administration and then your lab results w/ the housing of the dog for 2hrs during the test. The $382+10 should be well enough to cover the test. No this greedy business with non resident vets wants to charge EXTRA for the medicine. I then ask well what am I getting then for the $382? They told me that is ONLY the cost of the test results from the lab which is 100% false and I know that for a fact no matter what they claim. My prior vet uses the same exact lab as them, no biohazard fee and its $355 total. If the lab actually charged $382 for labs the. My prior vet would be coming out of pocket which they obviously aren’t. I called MANY other vets and not ONE of them itemizes the bill. Then when I asked why they are trying to do this and take advantage of us and others they just repeat that “its a new policy” and I told them we dont want to keep visiting a vet that had a “new policy” and new made up fees everytime we visit. The vet we saw there is just a substitute filler vet, not even a permanent vet there, we never ONCE talked to the main vet there nor did they ever even ask if we had meds or needed a new prescription. Get this, for all that money they did NOT call us with the results BOTH times. We had to call them and ask for the lab results. One was 5 days after the test and all they did was make excuses. Then we were told they are gonna tell the staff to do better, I said we spent almost $900 and we cant even get a phone call? We cant talk to a doctor about our concerns? They even told me they just email clients sometimes and don't call….which I got an email after calling them asking for results and would you believe the lab work was NOT included in the email? The unprofessionalism of this place is absolutely astonishing! The facility is tiny and not super clean like you would expect for such little to clean. Seems the staff is a bunch of college girls and the resident doctor doesn’t ever seem to be there. We went there 3 separate times and not once was the real doctor there. The lady at the front desk who’s name starts with an M is super rude and she is the “its a new policy” person. Which is really just them moving the goal posts to be more greedy without even explaining what Im getting for the $394. Oh and after my dogs last ATCH test he was peeing blood twice after the test which has NEVER happened anywhere else, that was the final straw going here. We really wanted to like this place and its real close to our house, would have been awesome and we would have been returning clients as cushings is expensive to treat. So they would have made a lot of money. One more thing they refused to give us the “new patient exam” special advertised on their website. When asked why we are not eligible we were told “Because you brought your dog in with some concerns” mind you NO meds OR treatment were given. We simply spoke and gave them records to review and that makes you not eligible apparently. So they want you to take your dog to the vet for no reason at all and maybe just maybe they will honor the new patient discount! This place is horrible and I hope they go out of business. I could say more but Im tired of wasting my time already typing all this. Dont go here unless you don't mind shenanigans. Also to the vet dont bother replying to this and lying to save face everything I typed is 100% what happened.

Out of all the new places I decided to choose to spend $65 to confirm my appointment the place I chose thought it would be funny to input into their system that my Cat of 18 year's name is Cum... his name is Tom which I spelled out over the phone for the girl. I arrived there and asked that my cat's name be changed, The response I received was giggles and "confusion" I was embarrassed, No apology for a distasteful, disrespectful, and unprofessional joke from a place where you bring your loved pet to for care. I asked for X-rays and blood work. They were not able to get the X-rays done because they were not able to stretch out the cat as he was too tense and being aggressive.I asked them in which the order they performed the procedures. The girl said that the Vet did the bloodwork and urine sample first because it was priority. Why would you decide to first draw blood and a urine sample from the bladder then after try and stretch out a cat for X-Rays? I'm not a Vet and even I know you should do X-Rays first Then use needles. After being prodded with needles you wouldn't want your muscles being stretched out for X-rays, of course a cat would be aggravated, such a waste of time. All this to pay over $300. Such a bad experience....

Hi there my name is Riley ….; the guy in the photo above was my brother🤎. I had my third visit to College Animal Hospital The other day. First two visits were for puppy things. As soon as I walked in the door I received the best greeting ever❤️ I acted a bit nervous so I would get treats during my exam and booster shots. Everyone is cheerful and welcoming so there really is no reason to be scared. If you’re feeling ill and need a vet tell your humans to take you to College Animal Hospital woof woof. They are the best!,

On August 14, I went to College Animal Hospital with my dog right when it opened, at 8am. As I've done before with my other two dogs, I arrived without having an appointment, but I was ready, as before, to pay an extra-fee which is charged when you don’t have an appointment. This time, one of my three dogs got a foxtail in her nose the day before, on Aug.13, which was Sunday. I decided to wait and monitor my dog to avoid any Urgent Care Vet which is why I showed up with my dog at my Vet clinic on August 14. The employee who was at the desk, Danielle Acevedo, the Practice Manager, informed me, after I told her that I came to the clinic for an emergency, told me there were “no doctors” available. Very surprised, I asked her again how was that possible since the Clinic opens at 8 am, and I received the same brief answer: There are no doctors. After seeing how surprised I was and after my third time asking the same question, she added: Doctors don’t come until 9am. So, I asked if I should wait for them to come and she said something I didn't heard. I asked her if she could please repeat what she said because I am profoundly deaf (and of course, wear hearing aids). In response, she exaggeratedly spelled out what she was saying, opening her mouth wider with each word in a way that was openly insulting and, I told her so. Then she bluntly told me the doctors won’t see my dog today because they are all booked. I told her that I had been seen by doctors the same day after paying the extra fee. Instead of giving me any explanation, she interrupted me, and was both disrespectful and openly aggressive. She treated me as if I were asking something extraordinary for asking what used to be normal procedure at the clinic before, and she kept exchanging glances and rolling her eyes with another employee. She told me that she could give me addresses of an Urgent Care Vet to visit. I was dismayed by the total lack of respect towards me and for having my clinic suddenly stop accommodating dogs, especially when they and their owners would be under stress. So, I took out my cell to call my daughter to ask for her advice on how should I proceed and, at this very moment Ms. Acevedo began dancing at me and smiling and making funny faces towards me! I, almost in tears, asked her what she was doing and she answered me back: Oh you can take a picture of me any time. I will never go back to this Vet Clinic. I am still shaking from how this employee has discriminated against me, not only for being deaf but also because I'm older and being a Latina, I have a very strong accent in English. I am sure all these factors enabled Ms. Acevedo's totally discriminatory...

They are thieves and stole my money, when I was about to pay they showed me an invoice but when I swipe my credit card they charged me a bigger amount that was on the invoice, when I asked for a refund they refused to do it besides they don't provide me a receipt of the transaction at the moment that I pay, stay away of this people that stole my money. I have filed a complaint in the BBB and state of California, as well I have reported the transaction as a fraude to my credit car company. I'm still remember when in 2017 this business was about to open and the owner was giving flyers to the people of the community, I meet one of the owners that day, since then I have been coming here supporting them, but now there's only kids working here and I guess the owners made a good earns and now they don't care anymore about the community, this is very unprofessional and very sad...I have to tell that one week before our appointment, I was there and in the front desk there were five or six young girls with loud music seems like there was a party, at that day the lady that was on the chair in the front desk has not a normal behavior, she was like challenging me, even when i told to her i dont know if my dog will be still alive next week becuase I think he has not so much time she appears to think to herself I don't care what you are telling me...don't bring your pets here, believe me what happened to me here is not normal . I'm still waiting for the refund, they told me a month ago that the owner is supposed to authorize it , well if thats the case, : owner, you're very welcome to contact...
