Jewels of the Sea — Attraction in San Diego

Fire Natalie from the gift shop. Everything was genuinely fine and fun but when I went to the gift shop to get a shirt, she just showed up behind my friends and started being snarky to them and me. I was trying to grab a shirt my size and accidentally drops a couple shirts. I immediately go to pick it up of course and behind me I hear “your friend is dropping my shirts.” I smile awkwardly because what do I even say??? Then after putting it back where it belongs she proceeds to go, “and the hangers are overlapping each other. Fix it, I’m too short.” When her tall coworker is right behind her. Really cool exhibit. Only a 10-minute wait, & worth every second I waited. Lots of informative information about jellyfish. The Medusa Gallery was really cool with the LED Screens, & lots of photo-ops in there with the jellyfish. The store was not crazy, but there was some jellyfish merch. Just as a reminder, with the way how the Gallery is designed, the Medusa Gallery is a dead end zone, so you have to walk back where you came from. The hallway that leads to the Medusa Gallery has the Medusa Gallery on the left side, & the gift shop on the right side. Overall, cool exhibit, and while its still new, I recommend coming here within the first hour of the day to avoid waiting...

Went opening day, ~45 minute wait time. Absolutely worth it and will be visiting this exhibit the next time I go. While it doesn't have as much focus on Jellyfish inside as could be anticipated, the visual effects make up for it. It's more of an experience rather than solely a...
