NV Nails & Spa — Attraction in San Diego

I always have a great relaxing time. They help me with my color choice bc I like to change it up. I cane to them from another place that i’d been going to for years…. Im all about customer service and getting what I pay for: They started a punch card and maybe I thought something different but if I come and get mani pedi gel and nothing else I thought thats what Id receive from the punch card. Nope I was told eyebrow wax or lip wax of which I thread so then I received my chrome nail cost $15 adjusted. Yesterday me and my dad had attempted to do a walk in and they had told us no and to schedual an appoint ment ..that seemed reasonable due to the fact that they looked busy ..we attemted again today and there was only 1 customer inside and they also said we could not to walk ins ..so we decided to google some nail spots and theirs poped up with a 5 star review ..called and i asked if they do walk ins and they told me yes ..this was over the phone so they do not know who i was this was really agrivating because when me and my dad had attempted walk ins they had told us no and when we called as someone un identified they had agreed to give us a walk in ..note me and my...

I ended up being cut by the drill when she was filing my nails, and she was dragging me over the table. She pulled until both my hands were hanging over the other side of the table and she was sitting back. The shape of my nails was coffin when i went in for a fill and for some reason i ended up with one of my thumbs being oval and way longer than the rest. i’m not sure how that happened. On top of all that the pricing board says 25$ for a GEL FILL. When she was done she asked for 35$.
