HORRIBLE staff! Well, just Elaine the branch manager and the huffy mall cop in the front on duty that sits around and yells at everyone who walks in. No friendly welcome or greeting. Dirty looks galore. Elaine made a huge ruckus kicking a poor elderly man out as Elaine was making a LOUD scene with the lazy security gard, demanding the old man to leave with the security gard backing her up so she could get brave and bossy... repeating to leave NOW, leave immediately. He was filling out job applications and made a call to set up an interview so just for that they said he needed to leave and NEVER come back because he was making a call! They got out of line with him by shutting his computer off and threatening to call the cops if he didn't leave. They were both RUDE & extremely unprofessional & need to be reprimanded to the fullest. Everytime I come they are in an argument with someone more than once in a few hour period going around kicking people out. Also kicked a nice man out for "Tutoring" a student after school! Saying he's making money doing a job in their private property. This is a public library! They are discriminating people and are very fake and disrespectful to others when people are here minding their own business trying to use the libraries resources to help themselves. Please review video and audio of these 2. Elaine and big security guard who refuses to give his name and loves to laugh and...

This was very upsetting. He also was not understanding towards my toddler. We were in the event room and my two year old was skipping and he told her not to be running. it was just us and two other parents with there kids (still waiting for our turn) i totally understand if she was endangering herself or anyone else around her, but no. Please schedule him morning shift he clearly...
