The only reason I give it a 1 star is because of their customer service. The food is delicious I can’t complain but the service is way to horrible, In the past I had bad experiences with ur staff they are so rude and they give u attitude when they messed up. Oh my god seriously u need to work on that. So today I camed with my boyfriend, we order 2 lomo tortas a smoothie and a waffle cone . Minutes went by people camed and go and our order wasn’t called out. So we waited and waited and after 25min I stepped in to the front to ask the cashier about our order and she was looking confused and told me it was the next one, so if it was the next one how come 3 mores customers that obviously camed after ours got their food first? 15 min later and they gaved us our food and on top of that there’s was more lettuce than meat...

Just because I need to add a star to rate this place is a 0! I called in an order because that’s literally what I wanted to do is get there, pick up and leave. The owner tells me it was a 20 minute wait which was fine, I get there and he is under staffed which I totally get as well. I announced that I had placed a phone order and they said to have a seat. After 45 minutes of waiting I go to the counter and check on my order and the owner himself says that he had never received a phone order not that he knew that I was waiting on it. When he was the only guy there and had literally taken my order. I suggested a discount for the bad service and he said he couldn’t lol like if he wasn’t the one in charge. Also this place has been rumored to have pests in the kitchen. Don’t waste your time...

I ordered a Turkey torta and got a lettuce torta, REALLY! Called and asked for the manager and they would not give me his name and to call back. *8/3/19 Please make sure to check they charge you right, this has been my third time and I always get charged way to much, I did not catch it last 2 times until I got home, but this time from $11 it was, she wanted to charge me $24 😳 really. And I said, are you sure, for the special, she smiled and said, ups sorry and gave me the correct amount. The 3 times I've been here, this happened.
