Stonecrest Plaza — Attraction in San Diego

This is for Vons. Please work on improving what is available for customers in the flower department. I like to stop occasionally for my employees and friends on my way in to work and buy gifts/flowers being one of them. Your store just happens to be on my way (and I drive pretty far so it's early in the morning when I arrive). However, in the flower department you can pick the nicest fresh flowers soaking in water but you do not have the appropriate bags to place the flowers to prevent the leaking flowers from wetting the floor or my vehicle. One time someone grabbed me a brown cloth. The last time I was there I asked an employee for the second visit no bags if they can grab me the brown cloth. I was told no we are not authorized behind the counter and I can give you a grocery bag. NO, wrong answer do you hand flowers to someone in a grocery bag. Either put a solution since you are out of the plastic bags or put an employee to work that counter 24/7 since flowers are available 24/7 or while the store is open. Please do better. This interaction upset me so bad I forgot a balloon and had to make an additional trip to a different VONS out of my way later and guess what that trip costs me unnecessary gas since it was so far out of my way and two trips vice one. Trying to be kind is expensive but your stores stock is valuable to a customer like me. Please...

Von's Is a great grocery store and extremely clean inside and top notch staff. I recently asked a worker in the fresh fruit area where the tea bags were and he knew which aisle. This may be trivial to most people but asking one departments workers where another department item is will usually get an " I don't know". Another thing I liked about Von's is that their Men's room was clean inside. Also in this shopping center which has a few stores. I frequently stop in the .99¢ store. This is the only true .99¢ store that I know of in the San Diego area. As of today Aug 6,2020 everything costs just a dollar. Their used to be a few of these stores in San Diego but the ones I know of raised their prices and are basically stores. I love this 99¢ store because they always have new things in the first 2 front rows. It's just fun to see new things that sometimes I'm amazed they only cost 99¢. They mall also has a pet store I think you can adopt dogs and cats there but I'm not 100% sure but I do know they had dogs outside in the front of the store for adoption a few weeks ago. There is also a Walmart in the mall but I've never been inside. There is also a place that sells glasses but I've never been in that store but thought I'd mention it. I have tried to get into contact with this store regarding a safety matter they do not answer their phone line for Human Resources nor for store operator. My 15 year old daughter has been getting sexually harassed by a staff me member continuously every time they go to the store, we asked a store manager in person to please have him refrain from any stalking around the store or any verbiage he uses toward her which they must have not done as today she went in and he followed her with a friend nearly to the car saying things go her again. Since I have no safe way to assure they keep their staff in check toward minor children I’m lewavinf a review for everyone’s safety for their children. Walmart do better your managers have been asked to have MIKEY leave my daughter alone!
