What an incredible experience! We hired Aaron, Antonela, and his team to cater our wedding reception of 30+ people in a private residence. They were communicative, thoughtful, and extremely professional throughout all of our interactions. You can really tell that Aaron prides himself on sourcing ingredients only from the best of the best. He crafted an incredible full course menu based on the proteins and compenents we wishlisted, and it honestly blew us away. There was everything from apps, sides, rolls, nigiri, non-fish options, and even dessert! He took the time to explain the buffet spread to our guests, and was extremely knowledgeable about seasonality, best practices, and showing great enthusiasm about his creations. They were easily able to include vegetarian and nut-free options, and quickly replenished the buffet items that guests kept going back for. If I could give higher than five stars, I would! Sushi Assassin completely blew it out of the park for us, and even just a few days later we're still receiving the feedback that our wedding catered some of the best sushi our guests have ever had.
