BAYCOPY SF — Attraction in San Francisco

This is a Access Point for UPS and has been for manyyears. I been here a total of 9 times in 8 years to pickup packages and never had problems until the last two times as there is new management. As per UPS instructions I brought ID and original email to clerk at access point. Clerk outright refused to check my ID or email and would not hand me my package. This is the second time he did this. The first time he just gave me my package after bickering at me...this second time he called the police on me and I did nothing but attempt to hand him ID and the email with tracking info. He wouldnt even read them from the moment I greeted him. The clerk here is a rude person who is on some kinda power trip or has some other reason to have a poor attitude. The owner guys are super friendly but also very disorganized. I rented a mailbox here and packages were constantly mismanaged - he would tell me that no packages were delivered that day, I would show him proof that it was and then he'd go rummage through things in the back room. Other mailbox companies put a slip in your mailbox informing you that a package was delivered.. Not here. I went out of town for a week and when I returned an (expensive) package was delivered but the owner said they got nothing and blamed USPS. After disputing this with my credit card company it was determined that there was overwhelming proof that the package was delivered, so I lost the items and money in the end.
