Cayuga Park is a really wonderful area for kids to play. The playground is very well built. I would suggest a police escort every so often though due to kids were smoking weed in the men's bathroom, as well as adults outside the gate area. Parking is also very limited to street parking only, and there were a few abandoned cars with tickets stuffed in hoods and wipers, as well as residents taking up the little parking avaliable in the area. I don't mind the passing trains every 10 minutes since my son loves trains, but it might be an issue to other adults. Read moreAmazing park and playground. They have a great springy surface around all the climbing structures. The central playground feature is a giant rope structure which goes up quite high, but has ropes at all heights. The playground has a number of slides, climbing rocks, slides and plenty of swings.
The park features a paved walking path around a grass field. There are also plenty of forested dirt paths for exploring.

Read moreLots of kids running around, which means the neighborhood is relatively safe. Also smells like wet socks when it rains. Right underneath a Bart line. There's carved art around and it looks dope, if a bit weather and moisture beaten. I see government employees picking up poo and addressing the refuse of bad dog owners.
Speaking of which, stop bringing your dogs off leash. It isn't allowed technically at the dog and it's frickin dangerous, no matter how well behaved you think your dog is. Even if it is well behaved, you don't know what other dogs are like and how they may react to your dog.
