Cayuga Park is a really wonderful area for kids to play. The playground is very well built. I would suggest a police escort every so often though due to kids were smoking weed in the men's bathroom, as well as adults outside the gate area. Parking is also very limited to street parking only, and there were a few abandoned cars with tickets stuffed in hoods and wipers, as well as residents taking up the little parking avaliable in the area. I don't mind the passing trains every 10 minutes since my son loves trains, but it might be an issue to other adults. On the plus side, there are a lot of wooden sculpts and plants around the park to give it a very special and unique feel. If you remove the pot heads, then I can give the park a...

Amazing park and playground. They have a great springy surface around all the climbing structures. The central playground feature is a giant rope structure which goes up quite high, but has ropes at all heights. The playground has a number of slides, climbing rocks, slides and plenty of swings.

The park features a paved walking path around a grass field. There are also plenty of forested dirt paths for exploring.

Finally, one of the most interesting features of this park are the plethora of carved wooden figures. There are people, animals and a few fantasy creatures as benches, totem poles and just fun things to discover. These are all...

Lots of kids running around, which means the neighborhood is relatively safe. Also smells like wet socks when it rains. Right underneath a Bart line. There's carved art around and it looks dope, if a bit weather and moisture beaten. I see government employees picking up poo and addressing the refuse of bad dog owners.

Speaking of which, stop bringing your dogs off leash. It isn't allowed technically at the dog and it's frickin dangerous, no matter how well behaved you think your dog is. Even if it is well behaved, you don't know what other dogs are like and how they may react to your dog.

Cayuga park is dope. Does what you think a...

Love this park. Sculptures are throughout, and each with its own character. Bart runs loudly overhead but seems to quiet down the longer you are there. Why 3 stars? I have no idea what time they open, but it sure isn't 6am as posted. Have tried emailing parks and rec, simply asking to correct the posted hours. Frustrating for my group as well as the others who are regularly trying to access in the morning.

Excellent overall for both kids and adults! Fun playground with roller slide and jungle rope climb structure. Speaking of jungle, get lost in the garden areas. Superb selection of trees and flowering plants with keep the landscaping ever changing year round. Use caution when climbing the "tree" structures. No King of the World here please but you can play a bit of king of the jungle.
