TS cafe — Restaurant in San Francisco

UPDATE: I was craving popcorn chicken and happened to be in the area. I came on a Thursday around 6PM and there were a few people hanging out, but there was no line. I ordered the chicken and waited about 10 minutes.

The chicken was definitely fresh and hot. It totally hit the spot. While I wasn't really a fan of their boba drinks, the popcorn chicken is really good. The portion is also really big for about $7.

If I was craving popcorn chicken again, I would definitely stop by here. Their boba drinks are okay, but it'd be a good place to hang out.

——— I didnt know there was a boba shop near the mission so I decided to try this place out. This store is huge; it seemed like a lot of space was wasted though. The wall paper is cute. The tv menu screen blocked the menu though.

I ordered an ice milk with red bean. It came with boba, but they didnt allow me to substitute it. They also did not adjust pricing for not wanting boba. I also ordered the classic milk tea with boba. The register lady asked if I wanted toppings, when the drink already came with boba. Confused, I asked for boba. When I got my drink, I’m pretty sure she gave me double boba instead. :/

There were only a few people there, but no one ahead of me in line. The drinks seemed to take forever. I finally got my drinks and they were pretty good. The boba was pretty fresh. The drinks were pretty sweet. I would probably come back if I was...

I want to say I've lived in my neighborhood my whole life. I live right upstairs from this Cafe. The other day, my daughter and her boyfriend went downstairs to order food. We are Latinos. I noticed my daughter was gone for a very long time, at least about forty-five minutes. I got concerned, so I called her, and she said they were still waiting. I knew what time it was..I want to begin to say,I am forty five years old and probably a little jaded with life.my 15 year old kid is an innocent kid. And doesn't see life the way I do. But that day, she got a taste of what it really is. She noticed that they had my daughter and her boyfriend waiting, people came in way after them and were getting their orders. I would like to say that my daughter and her boyfriend didn't even order that much food. It was a drink for each and some corn dogs. And they were attending other people and they were getting their food a lot quicker than my daughter and her boyfriend did. I hate to be that person. But I guess it is what it is. My daughter did notice, and her boyfriend noticed as well that every person that came in after them were asian. I am boycotting this cafe and making sure anybody I know does not ever walk in there again. I guess they forgot what Mission Street/ Excelsior District they walked...

The boba is decent. Never had any of the food.

What made me stop supporting them is that in a matter of a few months I was charged 4 different prices for the SAME ORDER and was never given any valid explanation as to why the price was never consistent.

There’s a price on the SCREEN MENU (that can be changed) and when I got charged something different than what was on the menu, I got a “that’s an old menu”… fast forward a month that old menu is still up.

I don’t know about y’all but I’m mindful of what businesses I support. I personally do no my like supporting businesses that have no consistent pricing and give no explanation why.

Also, question their tax rate.

Reporting again to report the SAME ISSUE- inconsistent pricing. These people are a joke that have no explanation as to why they have sudden surges of prices one day but not the next. They are not even worth getting mad over. Just question WHO you support, cause these guys aren’t worthy of your hard...
