Lindley Meadow Picnic Area — Attraction in San Francisco

As a kid and a resident of San Francisco I went to summer camp. Not just any summer camp but summer camp in Golden Gate Park in the fog 10 blocks away from my house delivered there in a Volkswagen van numerous Volkswagen vans that is and we spent eight hours a day out in this beautiful grassy field just went there for my nieces first birthday and it’s the same only they’ve added some great tables that you can go online and reserve the spacing is beautiful it’s private fun and facilities are right next-door at the polo fields. Love Golden Gate Park and Lindley Meadow is just one of the many places they have to throw a party. Rented this place for my dads 60th surprise bday barbecue and it went great. I picked tables 3&4 and it was perfect distance away from other people's party's. The only thing that sucks is to rent a jumper u can't bring ur own u have to pick one from a list of approved jumper vendors and the distance from parking to tables could b difficult when setting up for a party. Great place for a party. They have bouncer vendors and make the whole experience easy to organize. A perfect place for kids to be unhinged maniacs! We had a great time even tho the weather was weird. 10/10 recommend! It has street parking only but usually plenty. There is a pretty big hill to walk up and down to get to the picnic tables.
