This is my favorite place in the Botanical Gardens. Thick redwood grove with dense ground cover. Quiet and ethereal with shafts of sunlight splitting the shade on a sunny day. As a photographer in San Francisco this is where I go when I am looking for that deep California redwood vibe without leaving the city. The paths are well maintained and there are a few benches for sitting.

There's even a space where staff give presentations, which you can sit down in to take in the grandeur in peace when the sessions aren't going on.

Great experience. Definitely worth any kind of trip weather a solo trip or a group trip. I loved every minute. The entire garden is very beautiful. I lived in the bay my whole life and this is my first time seeing it.👍🏽👍🏽

Nice park but beware!! Our rental car l got broken and several car in broad daylight Dec 18,2020. We were at the intersection of Music Concourse Drive, and Martin Luther King Junior Drive we only there for maybe 20-30 min when we get back our car window is broke and my Wife purse and all her...
