San Francisco Fleet Week Association — Attraction in San Francisco

!! Beware of buying the ticket from AttendStar !!

The company does not provide a refund and you will be asked to contact the "event".

Once you pay them, there is no simple way to get your money back. We booked the tickets for Oct 11 on Sept 28 and tried to cancel and get refund on Sept 30 (12 days before the event)

They will ask you to provide in excruciating detail why you are cancelling and you would need to fill a detailed form with "Criminalizing Evidence" under the penalty of perjury with this unheard-of company called "Refundable.me".

They literally require private "legal" documents to be shared with this Refundable.me partner company, and are likely to decline without any support.

We did not want provide personal medical documents to this random partner company, operating like CIA for an event ticket refund, and they declined our refund request,

Finally added medical documents to request the refund and waiting on a response by the "specialist team" to review the "evidence", claiming to forward case to local police if they "suspect" a fraud !!!

Deeply disappointed by the worst customer service employed by the San Francisco Fleet Week Association which terrorize the customer for a refund!

I am unlikely to ever book this again!

Lol what a bunch of ungrateful NIMBYs, they’ve been doing this long before you people moved in. Don’t like the noise? Take one weekend a year away from the city, problem solved! Okay, rant over lol. I witnessed the action yesterday from pier 39, being a Bay Area native I have grown up always loving the amazing shows these skillful pilots put on. With such amazing maneuvers such as the loop, vertical aileron rolls and fleur de lis, and the beautiful diamond and delta formations, every show is equally amazing as the last. This was the first time I’d gotten to see a live show since my family and I visited Seattle in 2016 and they were there for seafair. What’s even more impressive is having learned that these pilots handle the intense forces without the aid of g suits strictly through intensive training. I also enjoyed the F-35C and United 777 demos. My husband was on the USS America Aircraft Carrier during the Viet Nam War. We made a special trip from Sutter CA to see the new USS America in port for Fleet Week. Fought traffic across the bay area and finally found a parking spot. Got to the gate to see the ship at 3:00 on Sunday so glad that at least we had an hour to spend on board for a quick look. The gate attendants said no more tours for that day!!! They said they cut it off at 3:00 because it would take till 4:30 to get everyone off the ship. Very disappointing since you posted on your website the ship was open to the public from 9:00 to 4:00. We could not stay to come back the next day as the gate attendant suggested.
