Suchada has an online booking system which is (generally) a huge plus; unfortunately, I wanted to schedule a couple's Thai massage which was unavailable to book online (I only saw packages that included other services that I didn't need). However, that being said, it wasn't a difficult task to call them and make an appointment... and then a few hours later realizing I made a mistake, and calling them back to clarify some details. The people on the phone were very friendly and efficient. Fast-forward to the actual appointment. My bf and I arrived a few minutes early, and were given some standard forms to fill out (including circling where you want the massage therapists to focus their attention on, if anything). What I really liked about the forms is that they were laminated and we were given dry erase markers to complete them - yay green business! After submitting the paperwork, it was a few more minutes before we were brought into the room, and a few more to change (into the loose clothing Suchada provided) and get settled. A couple (manageable) downsides is that my curtained room was super dark so it was difficult to get changed, and the curtain doorway was always slightly open no matter how much I tried to close it. My bf was in the curtained area next to me (without the issues my room had), but they kept the curtain between us open. The massage therapist I had that day was Paula (and my bf had Samy). Paula did a great job of focusing on the areas I wanted attention on, and avoiding more sensitive parts (I had a slightly ankle injury that day). She constantly checked in with me for pressure and made sure there was no pain. I could go on and on, but I'll just finish off here by clarifying that I haven't been to many Thai massage places in SF, but from the ones I have been to, Suchada is my...
Read moreThe lady at the front desk cashier (a very strong looking one) has a serious racism. The first time, I went to the store to confirm my appointment and project, but the other side only perfunctory response, saw a white lady came out, very warm reception, as if to stick on the other side, and then I was left to the side, no one received, waiting for about ten minutes, before someone came to ask. I gave Tips $20 after that. The second time, my appointment was in the afternoon, I called two and a half hours in advance to ask if I could advance the appointment time, the person said no, they were busy. But I looked on the Internet, and it says I have the time I want. Finally I said cancel the appointment, I rebooked online, the person said I need to cancel an hour in advance, I said OK, now I have two and a half hours before my appointment. Then the lady changed her story and said, two hours, and after I make another appointment, they will not receive me again, and I need to pay a deposit, and I will be blacklisted 😊 this is the most serious racial discrimination I have ever received. In the process of communication, I always kept a sober and good attitude, but the attitude of the other side made me feel...

My husband and I booked 90-minute massages that began at the exact same time. My session was cut short at 60 minutes while his continued for the full duration. When I asked the receptionist if ours were for the same length, she said yes — either carelessly or deliberately to mislead me. When I pointed out the discrepancy, she immediately shifted her story and tried to claim I had arrived early, which was impossible since we walked in together.
After I refused to accept the excuse, she staged a meaningless “check” with the therapist and then offered to adjust the bill. The apology that followed was empty and dismissive, delivered as if I was at fault. There was no accountability, no honesty, and absolutely no remorse.
Cutting a massage short and then attempting to cover it up with lies and a fake apology is nothing short of cheating. This place does not value integrity, professionalism, or...
