Hi, I was the customer was standing around there. And I really respect the true. Give it to May Auyng's review. Who dont even mad if you said they were crazy? At first, what all about you told is not the true. You was the first one who began the argument. You also need to learn if you want to respect from somebody, you need to respect them first. I don't really know the cashier name. But maybe that cashier. She was explain for you why the card decline and what she need from you. And i dont know if you heard or not. And the machine was time out, and she turn around the machine to put it again. And you mad, later, you said with your mom, That she crazy, in your languega. And she do nothing. And when she put the sound to call manager come, you still talk with your mom something bad to her. And also she understand that. I think that why she mad. Who don't even mad if someone you don't know and just call you a crazy people. She just standing to protect her honor. That I want to tell you, don't be one side at poiting at her. That not right. Even though you are older to her, but at first, I really argee with customer are be at first. but you need to learn how to respect someone. Everyone need to be equality. Don't be selfish. I really feel sorry with the cashier. Every work is hard and has a pressure. I hope I said less, you will understand more. Before you write a review point to someone, please be honest. That important. Other wise, The cashier is really cute girl. I like her for her personallity. And I also want manager to respect her...

Be careful , some cashier does not ring the correct item. I am a regular customer for more than 20 years I never check the item they ring or look at the receipt. Unfortunately today I buy very few item and pay twenty four dollar plus. I pay and left the store until in the late in the afternoon I am just curious and look at the receipt found out they ring me long beans which I did not buy . I purchase lettuce. I call the store a guy answer he is nice tell me to go back they are going to check the camera . So I went the lady in the customer service is mean . And she said the lettuce does not weight the same as the long beans was charge. My answer is how would I know .you better ask the cashier what is she doing . And I told them they said they can check camera . The way they are saying is as if I am cheating or trying to steal from them . I am mad I told them the amount is only 7.99 but my gas from alhambra to this store might be more . But the reason I am here is to let you guys know your cashier is not doing their job right . After arguing with the two ladies. I told them the guys promise me to check the camera where is he? Wait a while the guy came and check camera and saw there is no long beans but instead lettuce . He did apologize . My advise to the customers please check receipt or pay attention when they ring the item . You guys might encounter the same...

The prices are not bad here. There is a few things about here that needs work. The place needs a big remodel. Of course when you remodel places like these super market establishments, the prices of the produce will increase. But I am fine with no re-modeling. The worst thing about this is the attitude of the staff. The cashiers are quite nice, but the dude packing ur food into the bags are rude. They don't seem to smile, unless they are making fun of you! The older males are quite nice and friendly. The new blood and younger men working here are drama. They give u a face when your telling they are packing things wrong. I had to return a few broken glasses and products because they didn't know how to pack right. They gave me a "face" like it was not their problem.. Really i was going to be generous with a 3 star rating, but this place is a 1-star. I spend about $200-$300.. and i get attitude from these new bloods? seriously? My family has been shopping here since 2004.. and we get this sort of treatment. TO me, I will shop here since my family does. But when I shop on my own, there are plenty.. and i mean plenty of places to shop. This isn't the only place to shop for...
