If I can give NEGATIVE STARS this place would have ALL OF THEM!!!!! Diane is an absolute MESS you can tell that by the way she RUNS THE BUSINESS OR LACK THEREOF. My bff is currently having her reception in this place and because of the OFFICE LODGE terrible communication with the 3 people that work there. WHAT A JOKE!!!!! They talked to the rental decorators and allowed them time to decorate in the morning and NOW THEY ARE BACKTRACKING!!!! Saying the rental company never communicated with them and the person who would OPEN THE LODGE IS ON VACATION!!!!! HAHAHAHAHHA AGAIN JOKES!!!! Now because we tried to level with them and ask kindly for more time to decorate same day it was fine for the first 45 mins and now DIANE is calling AL saying they are to charge 100/per hour for overtime!!! Diane you nasty self centered individual I hope you read this and think it will not affect you because in reality it might not but in the LONG RUN MY DEAR YOU WILL HAVE TO ANSWER TO YOUR WICKEDNESS AND THE WAY YOU CARRY YOURSELF AROUND OTHERS. No wonder our rental company DID NOT WANT TO DECORATE HERE they have had multiple incidents with these people!!!! INSENSITIVE INCAPABLE AND INCONSIDERATE!!!! Karma will be sooooooo fitting for the way your nastiness follows you Miss Diane!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THE PEOPLE AND THE BUSINESS DESERVE IT!!!!! absolutely HORRIBLE place. we rented out a hall to celebrate our nanas life. you are forced to buy their overpriced alcohol. can’t have any food inside, can’t bring any regular beverages. they were not accommodating at all or considerate for the loss of our nana. we are mature adults and wanted to be able to celebrate our grandmothers life. yet they were harassing my uncle for riding his skateboard in the parking lot, who is of age to ride one and can take care of himself. you felt watched the whole time. couldn’t even take a simple cup of water outside without a security guard harassing you. do...
