I have to say that the 3 stars are pretty much for their awesome al pastor meat. But the problem isn't the food it's really just the lack of customer service. After the billionth time I've supported this truck I think I might just have to look elsewhere. First off the people working g there are super nice and Cook their food well. But Many of the times I've gotten tacos I always have to request extra chili salsas and lemons and onions and cilantro. And when I request 2 green sauce and 1 red sauce, it's always 2 red sauce and 1 green one. I Do use my fingers to point out how many of the green. having to go back for items is really a hassle. it's really just the smaller things about service I look for in any truck stand, but nevertheless I endure it because of their meat. Very wonderful family-oriented, family run business serving the local community very delicious Mexican Taco Truck Food and their Suadero meat is one of The Best in that area. They now have amazing Birria meat. I got the Tacos and it was very juicy and tasty with the perfect contrasting crisp from the tortillas bringing all the flavors together. The truck is parked close to a school so parking is a bit hard. However, when I went around 5:20pm, there wasn't a line to order. They take cash or card but using card will charge you tax. I got the chicken, beef, and pork tacos ($2/each). The food took less than 10 minutes to be ready and they give sauces and onions too. The tacos tasted super delicious! The chicken and beef were not dry at all and very flavorful. I have already came here twice and I haven't been disappointed yet! I would come here more often if it was closer to where I lived....
