Seems like the other bad reviews are talking about this same young female worker that I also had. I really hope the manager sees this, but if the manager doesn’t do anything about it, ALEXIA, you are acknowledged here for giving the worst customer service. I told my kids that you were the perfect example of WHAT NOT TO BE when they become young adults. I also called after my visit and spoke to ALEXIA (thanks for putting the server’s names at the top of receipts). While she kept trying to direct me to call the next morning to speak to her manager, she spoke in mandarin to her female coworker on the side (the other girl seemed like she was decently doing her job by treating customers like human), I surprised her with my mandarin and told her I’ve never met anyone who was so rude to their customers for NO REASON. Even my 7 year old daughter asked me why she didn’t apologize to us for the long wait. IF it was busy, I would completely understand, but only 4 blended drinks and 3 orange juices were made in the 30 minutes before my 3 drinks were finally made.
Below was what I ordered:
My mom was so upset that Alexia purposefully took long and we both also saw her eat a snack in the middle of making our drinks. My mom wanted to give Alexia a piece of her mind, but held back since my 2 young kids were with us. Overall, WE WILL NEVER AGAIN GO BACK and I don’t recommend that place to anyone so as long as Alexia still works there. To the other young girl who works there: I hope you can be a bigger person to not allow co-workers like Alexia to badly...
Read moreThis review is based on my visit to Meet Tea on Saturday May 1 at night time. Meet Tea is located at a big shopping plaza with plenty of parking. As soon as we walked in, we noticed that they have an extensive menu and some unique drink combinations with very interesting names (Batman, Harry Potter, etc).
As we were waiting to order, we noticed that they were understaffed, the same girl who was making the drinks, was also taking orders. We were also informed by a girl who was sitting with her friends that the kitchen was closed.
We ordered a total of 4 drinks (all large). My sister wanted to get boba in her drink, but she was told that they didn't have anymore boba; which was confusing because she didn't say that when my husband ordered the brown sugar milk boba. We then ask her how she was going to prepare the brown sugar boba drink if she didn't have boba; and she responded that she was just going to add a little bit of boba. We then requested her that since she wasn't going to give us the full portion of boba, she can add a little bit of pudding to it.
As we were waiting for our drink (over 20 mins), we noticed a few food delivery workers come pick up the orders and we noticed that the girl who informed us that the kitchen was closed kept telling the food delivery workers to cancel the order because it was going to take them 15 mins or more to complete the order. She got up to help the other person make drinks and take orders from customers, she kept asking her friends at the table to play on her behalf. She was more focused on playing cards with her friends than doing her job.
When we got our drinks, we only 2 large drinks and 2 regular drinks; and the brown sugar drink didn't even have the small portion of boba that they said they had. Unfortunately, we will not be...

Tonight, my daughter and I decided to stop by and order two drinks. After ordering the drinks, the cashier quickly hit the tip of 15% and then turned the IPAD-Like screen for me to sign with my credit card inserted. After I signed, in my head I did a little calculation and thought the amount wasn't right!
Turns out they were trained to quickly hit the tipping icon leaving the signer no choice except a signature box to sign. After I confronted her, she claims that I clicked on the tipping and there's nothing she can do now. I explained to her I didn't even have the options to choose how much tip to give. The manager came up and said they do this all the time and will speak with the upper management soon. They also automatically charge you a card fee regardless if you're using the kiosk or the counter to make the purchase. It was really an unpleasant experience to be scammed this way.
Later on while waiting for our takeout food from a neighboring store, I was telling my daughter how shaddy they were and another lady overheard our conversation and chimed in that she too was scammed earlier with the same method! PLEASE CHECK...
