I'm sorry, I'd really like to give a better review. Maybe/hopefully in the sort future if things change. But, COME ON! First let me just say, Dont go there before 1 oclock, they never open on time. Ive waited hours before. I've been their a few times now, and each time Its the same. But this is what your going to be missing when you go there. And this is so important for the consumer and how they feel in the store. None of the tanks are labeled! No Names, No Descriptions, No PriceTags. Little to no help with customer service to remedy that. So the entire time you're trying to shop you're frustrated and confused. And each fish you see. You, then wait to ask how much is this fish and what is this fish. Only to get a unclear name (heavy accent) no discription and a high price tag. Most people don't want to talk to anyone they just want to go to explore their options. And not walk in and immediately need help through the entire store. For Christ's sake just take the effort and print out some labels and Hell change your store hours if you're not going to...

Read moreShop keeper is nice but the bettas are not housed well. The bettas are kept in cups smaller than petsmart right next to eachother so there’s nothing blocking their view from of the other bettas, causing them to be stressed. The one I picked had pieces of his fins at the bottom of the cup from fin biting, likely due to stress. When I got home, I tested the water from the cup and it had .25 ppm of ammonia which any fish keeper knows is bad for the fish. Based on the ammonia readings, they are not changing the water in the cups often enough. I only got the fish I did because of how he seemed to want to swim towards me even in that little cup. I knew in my cycled 5gal he’d heal up well, and knowing myself I could tell I would think about him and regret not rescuing him from those conditions. Otherwise, I would have gone elsewhere that keeps their bettas in more habitable set ups such as...
