San Jose Warehouse Furniture — Attraction in San Jose

They sell the worst furniture. I got a dresser that fell apart because the nails were not sturdy it was like some sort of display furniture they sold me. Which is a scam! I got a bed that was supposed to be a good brand but the coils separated terribly on one side that is barely used. My whole bed frame fell apart after a month. They sell you shady furniture that falls apart within a couple of months. I didn’t mishandle the furniture, I thought I got a really good bed set but sadly I paid a lot of money to be scammed. I still use my bed which sucks bc everyday I’m reminded of being ripped off by this store. They wanted to charge me extra for warranty. I paid full price for delivery and the furniture and I still got ripped off. They sell terrible furniture. I couldn’t be more disappointed in this purchase and I don’t want nothing to do with these people but I could not keep this to myself anymore and need to let everyone know this before...

We came here to buy a bedroom set. The store had a large selection and a friendly, helpful salesman that was knowledgeable about the inventory. We needed something that was available within a week and he told us which sets could be delivered in that time frame. We picked a set, negotiated on price and got confirmation of the delivery date and time. On that day, the delivery guy called about 20 minutes before he arrived and he and another guy had everything assembled in about an hour. They were polite and clean with the their assembly and the furniture...

Fought traffic to get there a half hour before closing. Couldn't find the entrance until a roofing worker was nice enough to point out the closed warehouse delivery door behind a dumpster. So had it not been for him I wouldn't have known that was the entrance and there was nothing posted as to where the entrance is nor what to do if pulled down closed. If they are that inconsiderate as to not post signs then I don't trust anything...
