I have come to this lounge for two three years. It was really great at the beginning, with cup ramen, sandwiches, and generally good quality fruits, pastries, eggs, etc. I voted it a five star lounge then. Last time i came, it was so crowded that i had to be put on a waitlist. Now there’s no more ramen or sandwiches. Pastries do not look good. Maybe I come in too early and they will get better foods later. I’ll see but now at 9:15am I can only give this place three stars. By the way on this Wednesday it is very very quiet at the lounge. No crowd at all.
Update 2022-07-19: visited at 8am on a Tuesday. Few customers inside Like the jazz music in the background. The counter staff told me takeouts would be charged while I was checking in. They should have posted the message instead of having to ‘warn’ customers verbally. Imagine when they are busy and they have to tell every customer.
Now food is ordered so I cannot choose based on the look of the food. The yogurt is too sweet for my taste. The fruit bowl is ok. The scrambled egg isn’t that good. The texture is not appealing; the egg is in small granules instead of a jelly-like cloud.
Update: On 2018-12-13 as I visit, I saw significant improvement on food variety/quality vs before. I suppose the lounge becomes better as more staff come to work by 9am or 930am.
Update: Not nice. I come here at 10:40am on a Monday and they waitlist Priority...

This isn't the best lounge that's out there but it gets the job done. It's fairly modern, there is ample space, light snacks and tons of refreshments!
Space: lots of space, there are 3-4 main areas, each offering different levels of comfort and privacy depending on your needs. If you want to relax, there are tons of sofa with TV's, if you want to work, there is a seperate section with tables and some privacy (even a conference room if you need to make important phone calls), or if you just want to enjoy yourself, chill by the bar or bar tables.
Food: They have the basics, vegetable platter, assorted sandwiches, popcorn, cookies (packaged Milano cookie!), and other finger foods. It won't fill you up but it will let you hang in there if you're hungry.
Drinks: One of the best beer selections that I've seen. They have some premium brands (Kirin Ichiban, Asahi, Sapporo) even good domestic brands (Heineken, Corona), and then even some beers on tap. Their cab wine is very smooth and there is a decent liquor section for well drinks or whatever floats your boats.
Overall, the club is rarely crowded, I haven't seen this place above 5% capacity and the service is excellent when there is any service at all. The staff is very busy so you get 5 star service or no service.
Great lounge.. now only if it was more assessable...
Read moreThe grub was great. There was a bit of a wait due to British Airways. Once their flight was announced, the space cleared out fast, and we were able to have a quick but before our flight 9 terminals away. I would recommend a couple things. Keep the men's restroom cleaned, and supplied with soap at both sinks. The filth factor at the time was the equivalent of a two-star restaurant. A guest before us was able to use the shower, rather than wait in line for the food, so I'm sure he was appreciative. I would also recommend making use of the flight status and anticipated travel time of each guest. As the next boarding pass is provided to the desk upon arrival, it would make sense to use that data to anticipate the time when a guest in waiting would be able to be seated. It could also allow for the guests to be reminded of the time they should leave in order to reach their gate by the boarding time. That would vary per each flight, as the gates in this part of the airport are all on one side, with shops on the other. Our flight this time was around eight gates away, so it was a bit...
