The cashier Bryan, with a beard and blue eyes was extremely rude. First, he was just standing there for 10 minutes while people were in line until another customer asked for his order. At that point I asked if I was on the right line to which he replied I was. I order a burger and a mimosa at which he said you have to get it so he could ring it. I say, so sorry and proceeded to grab the can. Then he asked for my ID which I am fine with even though I am 48. I know it is required by law. His attitude started more personal, when I grabbed the can he yelled you have to open it in front of me. I took my receipt and sat down until I heard him calling numbers. When I get there a guy is complaining about a wrong order at which he says he is the only one working both giving orders and taking orders. I saw other people there but he was just rude, looked really unhappy and then comes with a whole bunch of bags and starts yelling numbers. I ask for mine and he he looks at me like a face that says " I don't know they are there."So I proceed to look at one of the bags since he was not helpful and he yells at me don't touch that! I will give it to you. I almost thought ge was going to hit my hand. I finally tell him you are rude at which he replies that I've been on the phone the whole time. I told him I was a customer and did not have to give him any explanation about being on the phone. You need to train your people how to treat people. We are customers that are paying for a service and deserve respect...
Read moreI was at the airport Sunday, I tried to order fries & a shake at the kiosk, like I was told by a gentleman when I went up to the counter to order he said “use the kiosk”. It charged my card a total of 5 times. I went to the counter to tell the gentleman, he was extremely rude and asked why I would do that, sir I have no clue it gave everyone else an order number I did not choose to have it charge 5 times, luckily the second lady That helped me out was a lot nicer, supposedly they refunded me, but it is now been almost 5 days and I have not seen any of the money come back to my account. It was almost $75 including taxes. Their phone number does not work on the website, so I have no way of getting back in touch with them.. got charged $75 for fries & a shake. I guess I will try to dispute it with my bank. Don’t direct folks to a broken kiosk. They also said most of the kiosks haven’t been working. So that’s awesome. Food was mid too I would have rather starved and saved $75

Read morefood was below average. i got the fried chicken burger and smashtots. the bun was terrible. it wasn’t toasted and had a weird texture to it. the chicked was fried almost perfectly but was not seasoned properly. the sauces do nothing to add to the flavor of the burger itself. the tots were fried very nicely and had a good crunch to it, but again did not have proper seasoning to it (the salt and rosemary was good, but very uneven). The portion sizes seemed pretty small compared to other burger places in san jose but that can be overlooked. l
service was good. the cashier was fast and friendly. the food was quick as you would expect from a fast food joint.
cannot comment on the atmosphere too much. there is a shared seating space for a couple of restaurants around. it seems like a generic fast food atmosphere. good lighting, lots of seating.
