Una Mas — Restaurant in San Jose

I fly through SJC every single week and I've eaten here a couple of times. The food is ok, definitely a last resort kind of place for me. I will only sometimes eat here if the only alternative is skipping dinner altogether. The service is the slowest that I've experienced. Workers are very lackadaisical and will just stand around or go in the back for long periods of time. This location is literally losing thousands of dollars a week because of how slow they are. The last two weeks I've waited in line for 10-15 min only to leave and go somewhere else because the line is not moving. They will take 3-5 min to serve a single customer. I will gladly talk with restaurant operator to discuss efficiency improvements and staffing improvements, just so I can buy your food every so often.

If anyone from SJC airport management reads this, I would highly recommend you shut this place down or enforce some quality and...

This place must have changed owners or something because all the old reviews seemed to hate it, but my experience was very different.

I paid 7.51 for 2 tacos, a chicken and a steak taco. Both were good, the meats were grilled and tasty, the toppings were clearly freshly made. These weren't the best tacos I've ever had, but these were amazing for an airport, and I felt the portion was very large for the price. It definitely felt like the quality I would expect from any other decent taqueria in town.

I had a small wait, but one of the employees up front was clearly being trained, since the other employee was walking them through how to make the orders. Given how expensive everywhere else is at this airport, this will probably be my go-to restaurant when I fly...

in terms of the food, the quality was very underwhelming. It was just meat and pico. No beans, dry as heck, tortilla was barely warmed - And as far as the service goes the server (i believe she said leah when i asked) Was not very kind nor informational, and when I walked away, my partner said she was talking bad about me - a paying customer- right in front of my partner which is extremely unprofessional. all in all the experience was a waste of money and I was only here to begin with because it was the only gluten-free option that I could find in...
