I usually enjoy taking photos and sharing them in my reviews. However, on this particular occasion, we were in search of a dinner spot to relax before our flight, as we had a two-hour wait before departure. The name of this restaurant caught our attention, and we were expecting a variety of dinner options. Unfortunately, the menu consisted of unappetizing dishes that could hardly be considered proper entrées for a sit-down dinner. Given the limited options within the terminal, we reluctantly decided to dine here. To our dismay, when we were seated, the table had not been properly cleaned. Moreover, a couple of side options we had requested never made it to our table.

I must give credit to our server, who was friendly throughout our meal. However, he did forget a few of the items we had asked for. The garlic fries lacked the expected garlic flavor, however, the cheese curds were decent, although the accompanying sauce was insufficient to dip every cheese curd in.

Overall, our dining experience fell short of our expectations, and we were left feeling somewhat dissatisfied with the available options. I would rate this establishment two out of five stars. While our server was pleasant, the forgetfulness and lackluster flavors were disappointing. We had hoped for a better dining experience given the limited choices in...

This complaint is directed at Gordon Biersch restaurant located in San Jose, CA airport. I sat myself at the bar, a woman by the name of Reba, greeted other customets with a good morning and basically threw my menu down and walked away. I thought ok, maybe that was an oversight. She continued to completely ignore me, did not once return to ask if I needed something to drink or to take my order. A group of three people walked in, she immediately greeted them with a good morning, took their beverage orders, prepared their drinks and served them. I was not busy on my phone. I looked right at her with my arms crossed the entire time. She finally walks over to me after greetings yet another customer with good morning and says "did you want to order?". I replied no and asked for her name. This was not my first time there but it will definitely be my last. I was utterly disgusted by her behavior and lack of proper customer service. I'd hate to think it was racially inclined but one can't help but wonder. Reba does not need to be behind that counter with that sort of behavior. It is unacceptable. I travel quite often and this situation was disturbing. Again, the restaurant is in SAN JOSE AIPRORT, NOT...

I travel a lot out of San Jose minimum twice a month and there are so few options to eat at. This is maybe my 6th time and trust me it doesn't get better, you just learn to deal with it. The food is sub par, you have to know what to order. The bartenders are ok. The waitresses eh about the same. Everything is just sort of ok. There is one waitress a Melinda I think, that is just awful. The first time she ignored me after she dropped a menu on the table. I've had her at least one other time and she never writes anything down and tends to not bring the right food. They are more concerned about dancing and singing to the music at the end of the bar with everyone else. It's like they are here for the party not the job. It's also always dirty. Looks like they never sweep the floors during the day or evening. Tables don't get wiped often, so clean your table yourself, you've been warned.

Like I said it gets worse but what's the point you can't really avoid this place since there's only maybe 5 other places to eat at in this terminal. And it's 1 of only 2 places to get a beer. So what are you gonna do. Maybe the owners will one day do something about all these...

I've came to SJ Mineta airport a little early in the morning before my flight and had sometime to have breakfast/lunch. This is the only restaurant that seems to have food that I want to have so I got a table to order some food. The lady was very attentive and pleasant, I ordered fish and chips. She was nice to fill up my water bottle with ice before I get onto the plane since it must be emptied through security. The battered fish was crispy and excellent, crispy outside and moist inside, amazing for Airport food. The chips are good too. The coleslaw was so good. I normally eat fast food when I go through the airport, but this is the first time and it's quite a surprise. The prices are not too bad for Airport restaurant compare to fast food chain if you can find one. I'll definitely try this restaurant again if I have time to sit down and have lunch or dinner.

Waiting 9 hrs for a flight, so time to kill and stopped here for an order of wings (lemon pepper) and a can of Guinness. Service at my table was good and in observing service to to others also appeared quick and friendly. Beer and wings came quickly. The wings were very tiny and dry. no electrical for charging phones, etc at the tables or even at the bar. Good service + * Really poor wings - * Had Guinness (in can) + * No electrical anywhere - **

Service was fine if you date at the bar, beer was okay, the food was AWEFUL. I will post the description and the product so you can see... from the smooshed hamburger bun winstead of ciabatta to the pathetic excuse for "world famous garlic fries". Chicken tasted microwaved, fries were cold, and a spoon full of garlic was plopped on the fries.... Do not go here unless you are starving. Waste of money.
