Brandon F is the worst staff I have ever seen in my life!!!!!!!!!!He is a psycho!!!!!!!! Horrible experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Today I went to the Uniqlo to return 2 items with flaws. Because I still want them so I grabbed 2 new ones and went to the counter said please help me to return(because of the flaws) and I will buy the new ones. And also the new ones are on sale now(I brought the items to store for return and find they are on sale unexpected, even they are not on sale I will still return flaws ones). The cashier is new and she asked her manger Brandon F how to do the return process. Brandon F did the exchange for mew without any notice and later I found that he charged me the original price on the new order.
I asked these are on sale now and I was buying them. why can't I buy it with the current sale price? Brandon F answer" I don not understand what you are saying". I repeat my words and he suddenly began to yell at me" It is a even exchange! you know EVEN? EVEN EXCHANGE!!!!!! you can not have the sale price!"....From start to the end, I was saying I would buy new ones and I did not say this word" even exchange". It is him who made this became an even exchange. Then he began to emphasized "That's it, I do not understand what you are saying, EVEN, you know what EVEN means?". I said"Ok let's make it easy, I will return this order right now and buy it again with sales price." He showed me a sarcasm on his face" Do you know what you are doing now?Honestly I do not understand you. What is wrong with you, I can do as many times of return as you want. You just like to return and rebuy things right?!!!!!" He just keep saying" What is wrong with you" and finished the process.
When I left the store, I found that he did not give me the receipt for the return process. Then I went back the store. Brandy F is there. The terrible thing just began, he saw me and shouted" What is wrong with you!!!!!You have already got you 10 bucks! You want to pay more right? Ok, Give me 10 bucks back right now! I have already gave you more that you expected, if you want pay more, pay me!!!!!!!Give me your money!!!!" He looks really horrible and wicked. All the customers around me did not say anything to help me. I am a 5'1'' asian girl and I am alone, Brandon is about 6'1''. I am so scared because if some bad things happen no one could help me here, so I left.
When I got home I realized Brandon F he knew everything, he just pretended he can not understand and so he can vent emotions on me. He used to said" I know it is on sale because I work here, But you can not get the sale price". Meanwhile, he said some words like" I gave you the price you should not have got." to make other customer think he gave me some big offer and I am an idiot.
I have bought from Uniqlo for more than 12 years, and Uniqlo is the store which has best manners in my experience. This is the first time I feel so insulted and scared in Uniqlo. This complaint might be useless, this email might be a wasting of time, and maybe I am the only case, but as long as Brandon F is working in Uniqlo, this thing will happen again...

I was at this Uniqlo today purchasing a dress and a Tshirt. The line for the fitting room was so long so I could not wait to try on the dress. Two hours later, I came back to purchase some more clothes there and wanted to return the dress that I bought earlier. They refused to let me return the item bc I didnāt have the receipt and told me that I had to exchange for an exact item in a different size or color. I went to the isle, none of the color had my size. Went back to ask if they could do anything for me. I didnāt want to be stuck with something that I couldnāt even fit. I canāt even button it up. The said they do not keep records of a transaction to protect the customerās info and I respect that.
I explained politely that I wasnāt not aware of the return policy, and I was willing to take a store credit to buy smth else in the future. But no, NO OPTION and nothing was done. They didnāt even offer to help me look for my size online. Didnāt even bother offering to go to the isle to help me look for the size or go check in the back. I had never had such poor customer service experience in my life.
So to any new customers at Uniqlo, remember to keep all your receipts bc otherwise they donāt care if you will be stuck with the item or not. If you donāt have the receipt, youāre stuck with it. No lenience policy what so ever for the customer. What a shame for you Uniqlo. You canāt even do that much for the customer. Youād rather lose a customer over taking back an item. I would NEVER EVER shop at UNIQLO again. I am DONE with UNIQLO.
In the end, I left the item there without getting any money or credit back. I donāt care if I wasted $60. Itās the PRINCIPLE. I am not doing business with anyone knowing they donāt care about keeping their customers. If you are not allowing people to return items without a receipt, think of a way to look up a transaction. canāt even get thay figured out for such...

Even when leaving, I was telling him Thank you 2/3 times but there wasn't any response from him. May be he didn't like my look or else. I felt he didn't have that gesture of being friendly, polite and overall he had no patience. As a result due to his carelessness, I almost broke my teeth at home. I have always been shopping at Uniqlo Cloth and never had any issues but this is the first time I was treated unwisely. I feel hurt and today I have to bike all the way from Los Altos to their store for exchanging the item. Its a long bicycling. The service on the the floor was superb though. I feel so bad and hope Uniqlo takes seriously about the message I sent them on their comment box. Every customers should be treated equally and wisely no matter what culture they come from and what races they are and what appearance they have.
