We bought our mattress a few years ago but at 6 months I started to notice the mattress sagging, mostly on my side. I am 5ā4 125 lbs. and my husband is 6ā 230 lbs. I called Hadley Olivia of my discomfort while sleeping as by then the back of my knees now hyperextended while I slept due to the 2 x 2 divet under me. The sales person there told me that I needed to stand on my bed and walk the parameter every morning night to āeven outā the bed. A bed should not do this after 7 months!!!! We purchased an Aireloom that totaled $7k and you can be sure I thought this strange that after spending this much money and in a short amount of time Iām having to deal with a bed that sags where I lay and to do this recommended method. I called H O back and requested a refund. HO then asked ME to call Heirloom to arranged for a mattress technician to come and assess and measure the slumps in our mattress. Apparently the slump was millimeter shy of an 1ā so this was standard for the mattress. Standard before the 1 year anniversary of our purchase! How about this should not be happening in the first place!
I do not recommend the Aireloom mattress brand or Hadley Olivia. I was told to walk on the mattress when I found out from the technician that Aireloom states specifically not to in their warranty paper work. Hadley Olivia did not bother to help me , leaving me to deal with Aireloom after 7 months even after I explained the 1ā rule for Aireloom and the simple fact I was sold a defective mattress.
I have since put towels to even out the mattress and after two years we are throwing it out. I have back aches, never had them before, and find it a struggle every morning to get out of the hole that is my bed.
Hadley Olivia really was disappointing and Aireloom did not bother to replace.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbout two years ago I bought a fifteen thousand dollar Heirloom mattress from Hadley Olivia Superstore in Casanova Juan Capistrano, ca. It was extremely comfortable at first We slept on it for three months and then went out of state to our other home for approximately eight months. After sleeping on this mattress for another three months we noticed and felt that the two sides were sagging down tremendously. In fact, if we went closer to the edges of the bed we would have rolled off of it. And When I put my large foot pillow on the bed it slants down completely to the left and I canāt even use it. I called the store and spoke to the owner who seemed to care. He suggested that I rotate the mattress. I did that but the sag came back again in three more months. I called the store again and they had a mattress tech from Heirloom look at it. I just got a letter back from Heirloom saying that there ā was no manufacturing problem and therefore nothing could be done!ā Not only will I never buy another Heirloom mattress but Iāll never shop again at HadleyOlivia superstore. Truthfully I am shocked by the slanting mattress and the store...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSpent almost 3 hours here with Steve. Five star review for a lot of reasons. First is selection. It's a huge showing with a ton of options in all price ranges. Everything from 100,000k luxury mattresses to entry level for a few hundred dollars. Second is the sales experience. Steve was professional and experienced. 20 years in the biz, but not a dinosaur. He was up to speed on the latest trends in online selling and technology. He directed us to a selection based on our input and kept it simple. No high pressure. Spent plenty of time with us and was more concerned with getting us the right product vs steering us to a personal favorite. Finally, I have to credit the fact that they are an independent specialty store. High level of service with some flexibility in pricing and attention to detail. Great warranty and have confidence that they'll be around in the future if we have issues and need an ally when dealing with a manufacturer. I did spend almost twice what I anticipated, but I also hadn't shopped matterassses in...
