One of the worst operated theaters i have ever been too in my life. The concession stand only had 2 employees working on a Friday night and you can of course see the line growing and growing with annoyed customers. Fortunately, we prepaid for our snacks when we purchased our tickets online so we were able to go through the shortened prepaid purchase line. Unfortunately, we bought a couple of bags of popcorn, and come to find out they didn't make any popcorn that night because their one and only popcorn machine broke. What's even more upsetting is that the manager ridiculously told us that if we decide to take any of the available snacks from our already purchased snacks, we would not be able to get any sort of refund for the bags of popcorn we already paid for. So they pretty much were robbing us and probably everyone else who prepaid for their snacks online. Even with no popcorn to serve any of the customers, the staff still couldn't work efficiently enough to get any of the people in line to see their movie's on-time. And the manager couldn't give a darn about the long line or even thinking about refunding any of the customers who were not going to get their prepaid popcorn's. Awful customer service. Awful theater, awful...
Read moreI'm writing this as I get out of the building, I am so displeased with this place. I went to the movies at 8pm and got out at 11pm everything is mostly closed and we have to give our parking ticket to the manager of the theater so he can sign it and we don't get charge for parking, we looked for the manager or even an employee and saw nobody for about 6 minutes so we went downstairs to the parking lot cashier for the ticket and I thought that I could explain the situation to the cashier and she would understand or even help me... As I try to begin to explain her the situation she cut me off by saying that the ticket isn't signed so she'll charge me for the ticket and gives the ticket back and keept doing what she was doing when I arrived... So I ended paying for the ticket and just wanted to leave. If there is a movie finishing up I think the best thing that the theater can do is inform well their costumers about the procedure or just have a manager at the door while their clients are getting out of the movie to assess the ticket situation. If you're reading this, just go to the Fine Arts of Miramar, it's more easy...
Read moreThe theater is in a upscale complex where there is beautiful art along with a restaurant with an expansive eat in garden. Unfortunately I had a personal experience that was very unpleasant. A group of four men attending the film were having an ongoing conversation throughout the film. I asked if they could refrain from talking. They began cursing me. I went in to the hallway to ask a theater employee to speak with them. The men were rude to him and continued to curse me. One man actually stood up and came toward us in a threatening manner. The employee said that he had never dealt with people that felt so entitled. He apologized to me,took me to get a refund, then escorted me to the train, showing me the beautiful garden on the way. The employee deserves 5 stars. I later called customer service to make a suggestion that they might want to include along with not using cell phones during the film that people also refrain from talking. The person took my information and told me that someone would get back to me. I am giving a three star rating as I never received...
