Horrendous Experience. I came today 10/24/23 to get a set of Trimark Door keys for my 2023 Bambi door so I can have an extra set of keys (yes, a third set) and they don't even have a key cutting machine, nor they have a parts department, or a service department or any post sales support of any kind whatsoever for that matter! So buyer's Beware unless you are an extremely resourceful person and a very crafty and igneous human being, expect absolutely no support from Airstream of San Diego and be ready to pray to the gods of Airstream that nothing major will ever happen to you as they will be quick to take your money and run once you drove off the lot with your shiny silver beauty. "Go to Home Depot , they sure can cut you a key over there" yelled out a sharp looking salesman while furiously typing on his cellphone something so important he could not get his eyes out to look at me while addressing me. I mean, don't get me wrong here, I am extremely happy with my Airstream, and trust me; I am one of those very lucky crafty and self reliant types of men that can fix anything. I will eventually find my way to this key either online or otherwise, but I shouldn't have to drive all the way to Jackson Center, Ohio or El Cajon, or all over San Diego City just to get a set of keys! My wife Becky and I recently purchased a beautiful pre-owned 2020 Airstream 23FBT Globetrotter from Airstream of San Diego, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding. Buying a travel trailer can be stressful, especially a pre-owned one, but thanks to our amazing sales advisor Sarah Gardner, the process was smooth, and enjoyable.
