I had an absolutely amazing experience at Big Frog Printing, and I want to specifically highlight the outstanding service I received from Gracie Noble. From the moment I walked in, she made the entire process not only easy and seamless, but genuinely educational.

In the past, I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with custom shirts and designs, but Gracie completely changed that. She walked me through all the different types of printing methods and shirt options, explained what would work best for my needs, and even let me see and try on a wide range of samples. Thanks to her insights, I ended up finding the perfect shirts, and the final product turned out even better than I expected.

What really stood out to me was how much I learned throughout the process. Gracie helped me understand the reasoning behind each recommendation, and I can confidently say that the shirts would not have turned out as well without her guidance.

Everything from design to final print was handled smoothly over email, and the turnaround was fast. My order was completed within a week, and I’m incredibly happy with the results. I’ll absolutely be returning to Big Frog for all my future apparel needs, including uniforms for my physical therapy clinic and branded shirts for my team and clients.

We showed up just days after they opened after suddenly deciding we wanted t-shirts to wear during a ceremony that honored our school's award winning science teacher. We had no idea of what design we wanted but graphic designer Karen had plenty of options to give us. The process took longer than normal because we walked in with no plan, but the staff were eager to help and very patient while walking us through the steps and were not rushed through it. In fact, it was the staff that insisted they run a practice print first - to make sure we were completely pleased with the result. We weren't; they made changes and re-tested at no cost to us. (we all know how expensive ink is!) We left completely happy with both t-shirt designs, and the high quality of the shirts themselves (they'll last for years). Big Frog is still fine-tuning their process (they are a brand new business) but it's quite obvious they enjoy what they do and are just as invested in your t-shirt success as you are. I can't say enough about this company. I approached them last week with a last-minute request for a Christmas gift for my son. We had searched the internet high and low for the only Christmas gift he wanted only to come up empty. Taylor and Jaime seamlessly executed the design and creation of the embroidered hat he desired, finished it ahead of schedule and then arranged overnight shipment to my son in Utah.
