Victoria's Secret & PINK — Attraction in San Mateo

I had a gift card from my bridal shower... and honestly, I don't have a single bra (if you exclude sports bras) that fits me well or that is comfortable. I wandered into VS on a Saturday. It was a little crowded and I wandered the store like a stunned animal.

Long, long, long ago I worked at Nordstrom in Palo Alto, home to a company pace setter in lingerie, legend has it that she could put you into a bra that fit you comfortably all day. I have been meaning to be fitted since then, and have never gotten around to it. But I did know that the concept of 'being fitted' existed.

Karen, the store manager, and I made eye contact. I said "help," and she measured, and sent me off to the fitting room to find Daja. Daja took over from there, and it was magic. Measured, fitted, given options to try on. Voila! I found 4 styles that were comfortable, one was the best in terms of fit and comfort. I also found the ultimate oxymoron: a comfortable strapless bra.

I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend being fitted to find out what styles work best for your body.

"Pro-tips": going in for a fitting? Just head to the fitting room, they'll get you everything you need from there. Like sales and deals? Nude, Black, White never go on sale (unless there has been a re-design), but seasonal colors...

This store should train their employees especially this girl with straight black bob. As I were leaving the store because I did not find anything I wanted to buy she shouted "ma'am" so loudly and acted like I stole something. I am very offended I am poor but I would never steal! She kept pestering me with questions like if I want to get my bra measurements after I politely decline MULTIPLE times and about discounts. I know that's what employees do but I can feel that her intentions are different because she was looking at me up and down and did not approach me when i was looking at stuffs only when i was leaving. Plus she saw me walking around and clearly saw that I did not stole anything. I was embarrassed when she shouted because the whole store was looking at me. I rarely go to malls but I always stop at Victoria Secret and this is my first negative experience. I hope this wont happen to others shoppers. And when they have suspicion that someone stole something they should handle it better! Not...

Customer service was bad. I always go to this store because it is close to my place, but the customer service is getting worse and worse.

This afternoon I went to the store when I was ready to check out and waited for the cashier. The young cashier in VS store was extremely slow, I waited for her for more than 10 minutes only for 1 guest in front of me she was helping with, when I left looking for other people's help, the young cashier was still not over yet.

The other old lady cashier in the Pink store is just super impatient and you can read her attitude from her face. I was trying to separate the billing with different coupons, and suddenly she was showing me the look that why are you making my job difficult, she gave me a long face from the beginning to the end, very rude!
