It's got great shops n always busy but the traffic in n out n congestion is making it hard to go to...years ago it was perfect...there weren't that many cars or people n was real nice....Marin is being overpopulated to death...too many people destroy the ambiance of this community...also too many illegals n homeless people destroy the cohesion of a very nice place...the liberal actions of San Rafael are not in sinc w the facts...liberals act n do according to their ideals which have mostly no reality in facts...n that's why their way doesn't work...we must put Americans n citizens first n then if we can or WANT TO (not obligated to save the world) help some we choose to let in our country that can contribute n will assimilate into our society...if not we will destroy what men n women of honest n law abiding character have built over...
   Read moreI thought I would walk down along the waterfront from Lowrie Yachts to Trader Joeâs. What an awful experience. Why doesnât a developer put up apartments above all of these stores and a nice public boardwalk from Grant St to at least as far as Lowrie For a start. What a treasure to have the creek, and itâs ruined by speeding cars and no proper public access. It would be a boon to the shops and restaurants and nice for boat owners and residents. And we need more housing. Keep some of it rent controlled.

The collection of stores is unique and offers good resources for those to the east of the freeway in San Rafael and the canal region. There isn't any other Trader Joe's in San Rafael and this is a great location for Petco. The UPS store and the post office here round out the mall.
