My work uses this place for supplies. Customer service is non existent. There is one person at copy/print area, one at IT support and one at the register. 15 minutes standing in line and someone finally comes to help me. A woman near me asking for help said she's been asking for 10 minutes. There are a total of 12 people in this store, and I watched 3 of them walk out after 5 minutes because of no help.
Things are overpriced. Their inventory system is always wrong (I asked if they had more of a certain item, because I needed two of them, the person scanned the item I needed, and the scanner said 3 are in store yet only had one on the shelf. I asked this person if they could check if there were two more in the back. "No I won't. They must be broken." They then turned away and started helping someone else.) Item was opened on the shelf but I needed it for my work. Well come to find out the item was returned because it didn't work! So to get my works money back took 20 minutes total.

The night before they were due, the large format printer went out. Eli, at the store called me. He explained the situation, apologized, and asked how much leeway I had in the timeline for when I needed the order. Unfortunately, the answer was not much.
Eli worked with another store to get them printed out, and kept me informed of his progress and timeline.
He also re did one of my posters because once it was mounted, he was not satisfied that it was perfect.
Eli showed true dedication, and concern with ensuring my final product was something that would showcase my brand the way I wanted, and be proud of.
He’s also a genuinely kind person, who obviously takes pride in his work.
Staples corporate, if you read this, take note. You have an exceptional player on your team. I’ll be back with any other printing and marketing collateral...
