I wish I could give Video Only 10 stars after my experience here. After I had a negative experience at Best Buy across the street, I popped into Video Only to check them out. I'd always been curious about this place every time I drove by it but never had a reason to go in until I needed a new TV of course. Anthony greeted me right away and after I explained what I was in the market for, he pointed out an awesome TV on a great deal that they happened to get in stock that very day. I was sold immediately, rung up quickly, and Anthony even assisted me getting it into my car.

My first above and beyond experience happened after I got the TV home. I hadn't unboxed it yet but found after searching online that another big box store had the TV on sale for $100 less. I was bummed I might've pulled the trigger soon and cost myself some money, so I called Video Only to see if there was any flexibility with the price. They were so great about it and offered to refund the difference if I was able to make it back in store before they closed. I drove over and they processed the refund immediately without any kind of push back.

My second above and beyond experience happened shortly after. Once I got home I finally had time to set the TV up. Once I did and tried to start using it, I was met with any new TV owner's worst nightmare: I got a dud. It wouldn't stay powered on and glitched out during set up. At that point Video Only was closed so I needed to wait until the next day to follow up. Once they opened the next day I brought the TV back in and explained what happened to Anthony. With no hesitation he immediately offered to exchange it. I told him I wanted to test the defective TV at the shop just in case it may have been an issue with the power in my old apartment and he happily obliged. We got it plugged in, tried to recreate the issue and sure enough it did the same exact thing. With it being determined it was an issue with that TV alone, Anthony processed an exchange and I got my new new TV home and set up. It worked flawlessly and is the best TV I have ever owned.

All in all, I felt truly taken care of and like my opinions and concerns mattered as a customer. That's just not something you will ever get in one of the big box stores. Video Only should be the only store you visit when you're in the market...

OMG what do you know my apologies I forgot that I wanted to tell you guys about video only. A very dear friend of mine who is a couple of years older than me was requesting assistance with a television issue and seeing as he’s known my family for over 50 years and the television industry was my life. I was eager to help him find a television set. His thought was the big box next-door I told him I’ve been there done that but the last two 65 inch LG television sets that I bought for our house I got from video only. They do have the typical ads to try and draw you in but the reality is their prices are better their services faster they get rid of your old TV for you that nobody would even take if you left it in the driveway. No complicated sales pitches no major up sells! Just a great representation of the products and best prices you could get anywhere. Most of these products are all we used to be called fair trade items which means all the major players need to sell the products at the same price which is a requirement of the manufacturers all these guys do is just take a little less profit and sell a few more TVs seems to work for them :-) they may have in your best interest move you to a higher quality TV which will last you a lot longer. The OGLD LG 65 that my friend got will probably outlast the last high-quality Sony Bravia did I talked them into over 10 years ago :-) Yep video only is no BS great price back up what they say keep the service simple and do a pretty good job at being a no haggle environment. My experience here was so good that I will never be buying another tv anywhere else so long as this company is in business. That’s a big statement; so allow me to explain. I called up after seeing a deal posted online (on slickdeals.com). It was a specific location dependent special for LG G4 at a place in another state. This location in San Rafael matched it (even though they didn’t have to) and then made the entire pickup process as easy as possible.
