I was in town for business and one of my nails broke. I called Tina’s because their hours worked with my schedule. I called, they were kind enough to get me in that evening. I told my manicurist that I had acrylic w/ gel overlay and she said “ok”. I picked a color because I thought the plan was to fix the broken nail and do a color change.
If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. Terrible customer service I came in today for a pedicure. Not only was I left hurt, the person doing my toe nails cut my toe and made my toe bleed and preceded to keep picking at it after it was bleeding. This is terrible and unacceptable. And then a lady came in after me and she used the same utensils on her feet that she used on mine without washing them or sanitizing them. This tells me that there is cross contamination going on in this salon. Another big problem is I asked the lady that did my pedi before she started if they took Apple Pay. She told me yes. I also checked the website and it says they take contactless payment. Wehn it’s time for me to pay the lady then proceeds to tell me that they don’t take contactless payment. When I tell her that the person that did my toes told me they did she proceeded to yell in my face and say “no she never said that we never take Apple Pay ever or any kind of tap pay” then she proceeds to get attitude with me. This is all very unprofessional behavior. And then I asked the lady who was doing my toe nails the price of what I was getting done she told me it would only be 55. And I said only 55?. She said yes again. Then when it’s time to go pay she changes the price and claims she never told me it was 55. And I was left with a bleeding toe nail. And toe damage due to their poor service I plan on contacting my lawyer and...
Read moreDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID. Twice now I came with an appointment showed up five minutes early and ended up waiting close to 40 minutes to 45 minutes only to never to be called to get my nails done. I don’t know what recently changed but they completely over book and they make you wait even when you have an appointment. I don’t mind waiting for 15 minutes but honestly 40 minutes that’s amount of time that’s needed for a gel manicure. I don’t appreciate the lack of respect for the customers time and a complete disregard for their poor customer service. As I was going to leave I notified one of the manicurist that I have to leave and she seem to not care at all. She just acted so nonchalantly as if she didn’t care for my business so I just walked out the door. I was so tired of waiting and being ignored. On top of that the gel manicure ends up peeling after three days I don’t know what happened to the quality of this place but it’s down the toilet. They kept telling me I was next in line next the table meanwhile there were other people that showed up with appointments that they took over me even though I showed up five minutes early to my appointment. Again do not waste your time sitting here they clearly don’t understand the...
