The beef one was simple but delicious. It had a green sauce to pair and worked out nicely. The other kimbab was the LOR (lord of the rolls) as it had salmon, imitation crab meat, fried shrimp and avocado. It sounded great but in reality, it was too much going on for me. Still tasted great but I’d prefer the beef kimbab. The simplicity of the beef kimbab was just unmatched.
