We have been here for dinner before, but this was our first brunch experience. Everything was wonderful. The doors were all open to let in fresh air, the service was impeccable as always, and of course the food was delicious. My husband and I both got the steak and eggs. He said the side of tots were the best he's ever had. Very crispy and crunchy. We both got sunny side up eggs and they were cooked perfectly. My steak was delicious and very well seasoned. The more I ate, the more I wanted. This place is a little pricey to some, but I think you get what you pay for, and everything was amazing. Drinks, food, service, even the decor is great. If I could, I would eat here every week. We might go back next week just for a drink and appetizers. Edit: it's April of 2022, and LB is still amazing. We went for dinner and got the tomahawk for two. They were very accomadating for our 3 year old and they have a kid's menu with great variety. Our food was delicious, and the service was wonderful. Edit 2 Electric Boogaloo: September 2022, and yep, it's still amazing. We took my mother in law here to celebrate and it was wonderful. Mario was very helpful and nice to us, especially to my little girl. Lenny might have some competition. If you dine here, you will not be disappointed. March 2023: I am sad to report that this is no longer the place it used to be to me. Maybe it's because we came on a weekend for dinner, but it was louder and crazier than I've ever seen it. Staff was doing their best, but I felt it would've been better to just stay home.

Sunday Brunch with questionable help by waitress. Came here spur of the moment with my friend after a leisurely walk around Annabel lake. We were told about the half-off wine bottle special on Sundays upon checking in and asked the waitress to help us pick a red that was had a fruit node. She first recommended one that was $200 and so we discreetly asked if it could be in the $100 range. She proceeded to ask us loudly if we cared about flavor or price. I was in shock and didn’t know what to say so my friend nicely said both. She then pointed us to a page, said it was those choices and never ended up giving us a recommendation. Upon walking away from our table, we looked at each other and were livid. There were surrounding tables and patrons near us and it felt awkward that they heard our conversation. We debated whether to even get a bottle in order to prove a point despite her but ended up still getting one because we wanted to enjoy the afternoon. Our orders of French toast and chicken and waffles were great and we think she realized her mistake because she was more attentive afterwards (we didn’t speak to the supervisor in the end, though we wanted to). However, that does NOT excuse her behavior in the first place. Why did it matter that we had a wine bottle budget to consider? This was our 4th visit to the restaurant (dinners and happy hour) and we’ve never had a bad experience until now.

Recently attended a **business dinner** at LB Steakhouse with a group of six. The restaurant’s **location is convenient**, and the ambiance is well-suited for professional gatherings, making it an ideal spot for hosting or attending a **business dinner**. While the **food was well-prepared**, from **appetizers to entrées and sides**, and the **cocktails were excellent**, the **service was truly disappointing**—some of the worst I’ve ever encountered at a steakhouse of this caliber. Even after addressing concerns with the **manager**, the service only **marginally improved**. At an **average of $100 or more per person in our group **, a high-end steakhouse should deliver not just quality cuisine but a refined dining experience, and sadly, LB Steakhouse **fell short** due to **poor service**. It's unfortunate that such a well-positioned and aesthetically pleasing establishment doesn’t prioritize hospitality at the level expected for this price point. Would love to see them focus on **elevating service standards** to match their otherwise solid culinary offerings.

I don't know, maybe I'm just uncultured, but anytime I go to a more upscale steakhouse like this, I'm always severely underwhelmed. It's almost like the extra cost of everything is just paying for the atmosphere and maybe gives some people that extra feeling of elitism or something.

I should be clear because I don't want it to come across like this place is doing anything bad in particular. I actually enjoyed the visit and the waiter was awesome and super attentive. I just don't get where the extra cost is going because going to lower end steakhouses that are more rough looking and steaks are in the 20-30 dollar range taste almost as good as a place like this. Am I really paying 2, 3 even 4 times as much for maybe the most marginal increase in quality? I would actually go as far as to say that on this visit in particular, it was actually less impressive than those lower end places in respect to quality of the steaks in general.

One thing places like this do get right is everything else. The sides? Perfect. The appetizers? Delicious. The entrees? Fantastic. The atmosphere? Classy. The service? Prompt. The STEAK? Meh.

If your reading this review because your looking for that next level of steak satisfaction, this place, and places like it, really aren't it. However, if your wanting a place that's has a more "refined" feeling to it and has consistent food quality with great service, then this...
