Pend d'Oreille Winery Tasting Room — Attraction in Sandpoint

My wife and I are new to wine, and we couldn’t have asked for a better introduction than our visit to Pend d’Oreille Winery. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and helpful service. Nicole, our server, was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable experience, and helped guide us through the wine tasting.

The wines were fantastic, and the food was equally impressive. We had the smoked salmon spread, and the Bella pesto pizza. Both were absolutely fantastic and added to the overall great experience. We also took home a bottle of the L’Oeuvre, and can’t wait to enjoy again.

The setting of the winery was amazing, cozy, and comfortable, with a lovely ambiance. Although we had to leave shortly before the live music started, we’re definitely looking forward to coming back to experience it next time.

My mom, sister, and I had a wonderful and amazing experience. The customer service is awesome. The hostess, Laura, was absolutely perfect, and the recommendations she made were great. The food was amazing. The smoked salmon spread with pickled onions was really good and very elegant and savory. The shrimp cakes and sauce were delicious and had an amazing texture and flavor. The Apple backon pizza was so full of flavor, and the Margarita pizza was so comforting and yummy.The ambiance and lighting were beautiful. It's absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a memorable experience. I am definitely going to come back every chance I can. I HIGHLY recommend the Pend d'Oreille Winery Tasting Room. Have enjoyed being a member of the wine club for two years. The experience I had today was most unpleasant. With an empty venue the customer service was poor. My food order was never put in. When it finally was ready it was not brought out to me in a timely fashion. Then to be told after the fact that one club members no longer received free winetasting. And it would have been nice to have been provided that information to you placing my order, or from the owners in an email letting wine club members know that winetasting was no longer free to members. The new manager of three weeks was unapologetic and the Newer staff member paid no attention to what was going on in the venue. Unfortunately, canceled my membership due to poor customer service...
