Had trouble scanning item QR code then handed me some random receipt that was NOT for my item. So now I have to just hope "somehow" it all gets straitened out because some lady was so distracted that she could not do her job right. Next time I make sure they do. NOTE: * After my review - management jumped on this to seek to rectify; leaving me quite amazed and impressed with customer service. It was really busy and the lady at the counter was quite personable and good at customer service ... she just skipped a step of solid tracking accountability. I am upgrading the star rating from 2 stars to 4 stars because ... well mercy triumphs over judgment and their team was working hard as ever and customer service...

If you use this location for a passport photo, don't let them tell you that you can NOT smile for the picture (if you're wanting to). I unfortunately didn't have the passport photo guidelines with me, but I challenged her saying I have smiled in previous ones and she wouldn't back down. She said it should look like "a mug shot". Friendly, efficient and multi-tasking now. I went in to ship a parcel and found I was also able to have my business menu of services photocopied. One stop shopping here came as a great surprise. Going back today for more photocopies. They have all kinds of colored paper and printing options. Just a note on the shipping. They put your package in a safe room while it waits for the truck.
