O'Reilly Auto Parts — Attraction in Sandusky

Once again I had to go to my local Sandusky, Ohio O'Reilly location in order to assist my teen daughter (Army National Guard) in obtaining a rack and pinion unit for her little car. We don't know much about vehicles so we were full of questions. Well lemme tell ya! Rick did not miss a beat. He answered all of our concerns and had the part right there for us in stock when other places would have made us wait! To make this long review short, it turned out that we didn't need the unit and Rick once again responded with the same courteous, kind demeanor with the return as he had with the initial purchase! Chrystal and Caleb are exceptional employees! Kind, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful! We broke down on the interstate and couldn't find an open garage. My husband could replace our alternator but had no place to work on it and no tools. We called O'Reilly to see if they had the parts we needed and not only did they have them in stock but Chrystal lent her personal tools to my husband to use and also let him fix it in the parking lot. Caleb also jumped right in to help my husband put the belt back on. They stayed late and made sure we were back to road ready. They turned a terrible situation into a positive experience and I will be forever grateful! They are great examples of superior customer service and just all around...

Will not ever by parts from here ever again they do not tell you every thang you should know about the parts and then don't take back every thang they sell spend 160 and then don't need the parts and the only take back 2 of the 4 thangs that I bought will never by from any parts store again online only don't care if it takes 6 months to get the parts they are chepper and better parts so yes duck...
