DON'T GO TO THIS REGAL!! I WOULD RATE 0 IF I COULD!
Please avoid this location if you can. The staff and management here do not care about their customers! My girlfriend and I went there this past weekend to see a movie. During our movie, there was a guy in the theater who was being very disruptive and distracting. I went to inform one of the ushers who did not seem to care. Apparently the same guy was in the concession/lobby area doing the same thing. The staff was aware that the guy was being a disturbance, yet nothing was done. After giving me a blank stare as if they didn't want to deal with the situation, one of the ushers followed me back to the theater. The usher simply walked to the row the guy was in, stared at him and left. No one ever returned back to the theater and the guy was disruptive for the remainder of the movie. Another customer in the same movie even confronted the guy with no success. After the movie, I went to complain to the manager but she was also aware of the guy and mentioned that he was in the concession/lobby area earlier. Again WHY WAS NOTHING done if you were aware of this. She thanked us for letting them know however, NO apology or refund was ever offered. I usually don't write reviews but this was an absolute must because we spent way too much money ($27) to have a horrible experience such as this. DO NOT waste your time or money going to this location! It seems that the staff at this location could care less about...
Read moreI've been going to this regal for years and i don't think ill be back again because of the past visits. I was planning to watch sonic 3 with my family and casually went to the concessions, they were a bit busy so i expected a wait (which is normal) but when i went to get my concessions i asked for a drink and THE PERSON REACHED IN WITH HIS HAND TO GET ICE?! i found it of course very disgusting so i asked politely to redo my drink and use the scoop but he doesn't listen and just reaches in with his hand again with the cup. i wouldn't review if it was a one time moment but this happened again. The second time was when i was watching Nosferatu, i got the same person who served me before and HE DID IT AGAIN! he reached in with his cup to get the ice. i quickly said i didnt want it and left, yesterday as im writing this review the same person who did both these actions wanted me to do a positive review! I got his name Raquan and he was a manager! i am very disappointed and disgusted that a manager is doing this and it was only him who did it! all the other people who were serving food were using the ice scoops for the drink. I am not coming to this Regal again until this man gets properly...
Read moreOur first experience was terrible. We were a little late getting there and The manager on duty We read the name tag his name was Mario. His attitude was extremely horrible. He comes across very rude ignorant carless and obnoxious. He needs to get his attitude corrected. If he can't learn. How to talk to customers in a more calm and proper manner. Then he should not be a manager. We just wanted to have a litte date night. See a good movie and have fun. But his bad energy gave us a bad vibe. The owner or General Manager needs to do their job and check their employees appearance on. How they carry themselves. When dealing with customers, and How they talk to them. Very poor attitude Mr. Mario. You need to step your game up with a better attitude. It's sad how people will treat people in these times ,and We already are going through a lot with this economy and then.We come to spend our hard earned money at a movie theater. Who hardly has customers anyway. Just to be treated very rudely by a little boy that can't represent hiself his job and company in a professional way. He needs a wake up call!
