Gigi is an absolute master of her craft. My hair is incredibly thick & dense, so my appointment took several hours to achieve what I was going for. The entire time Gigi was personable, friendly, made me feel SO comfortable & put in so much effort and attention to detail to totally bring my hair back to life!!! My natural color had grown out a TON - I moved recently & hadn't been in a salon in months. I was way overdue & she did something that would normally take several appointments to accomplish. When it came to products she gave great direction but never pressured me to buy - but I loved the shampoo and conditioner she used on me so much that I ended up buying it still! I am beyonnnnnd happy & can't recommend Gigi highly enough. The salon was excellently maintained, the noise level wasn't too loud like it can often be in salons, and there were beverages/light snacks available (perfect for the multiple-hours-long appointment!) The salon isn't massive the way some can be - it had great energy but still felt more intimate and relaxed than any other salon...

My stylist, Miss, was absolutely phenomenal. She took the time to genuinely listen to my needs and concerns during the consultation, making me feel truly heard. The wash was thorough and relaxing, setting the perfect tone for the rest of the appointment. Miss’s attention to detail during the cut was impeccable, and the styling was simply amazing.

Gigi is simply a master colorist who gives me amazing results. I’m a person who likes to change and update my color—as I will get bored with the same look. I trust her opinion and her great sense of style to translate the direction I am heading with my hair. I am a brunette who has done colors like red and fuchsia, as well as ombré and highlights. She keeps my hair beautiful and healthy, while lightening my dark hair with beautiful warm and rich tones. She is so much fun to work with and I enjoy her easy going personality and positive vibes. I always leave her studio feeling great about my hair. She is a gifted stylist who takes care of my husband and 18 year old son also. Gigi is the whole package and a rare find.
