WARNING.. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT SEVERE ALLERGIES.. THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE! I'd give 0 stars if I could. I ordered my food on uber eats. They gave the option to do chicken or pork in the description but didn't give an option to click either choice. Being allergic to chicken I added "No CHICKEN, CHICKEN ALLERGY" in the notes so they would give me pork.
The restaurant didn't have pork and stated they called. I never received the call. So they made it with chicken anyway knowing it said chicken allergy. I start eating it thinking it's pork and instantly get sick. I call to talk with the owner or manager and he had an attitude stating he called me once and it's my fault. He went on about he can't lose the money so he made chicken. He was very rude and argumentative over the phone. I kept saying ' sir you said you saw the allergy so why would you still make it with chicken. His response was that he didn't care. When I stated I'm sick, he said he knows I'm sick and he's sick of me. I had to hang up because instead of understanding he decided to argue with me.
HIS RESTURANT GAVE CHOICES THEY DIDN'T HAVE AND KNEW I HAD AN ALLERGY AND STILL MADE IT WITH THE ITEM SO THEY DIDN'T LOSE A SALE. He told me he didn't care and it was my problem. Be aware of this restaurant. As a small business I am truly disappointed. Treat your customers better. I am heading to the ER over this. It was not a mistake and there is no care or accountability! EDIT: hey have now updated the meal to just chicken for the sake of my complaint but they didn't realize the original sale was captured. This has been reported because it is extremely dangerous to play with peoples...
Read moreJust had lunch here and ordered the shrimp with broccoli, ma po tofu, and beef tendon with tripe. If you like American Chinese food, you'll probably like this place.
It's a nice looking place and very clean. One of the cleanest Chinese places and a shopping center I've. The service is friendly and responsive.
The food is laid out very nicely. The menu has a broad range of options. What keeps me from giving this place 4 or 5 stars is that the actual execution of the dishes are not very authentic. For example, the tofu was cut really large and didn't seem to have peppercorn, instead relying on some sort of hot sauce to make it spicy.
Feels like over time the kitchen might have given up on the nuances of the dish to just provide what the customers in this neighborhood wanted. So if you're used to really authentic Chinese dishes, this place might be a little disappointing. But if you're more of the American Chinese type, then...
Read moreI wish I could give this place 6 stars. Their Chinese food is the best I've ever had. We ordered their hot and sour soup, three pepper chicken, and kung pao chicken with fried rice. They give HUGE portion sizes and have a very fast turn around time from when you order to when the food comes out. Their service is on it. Our water glasses were never empty and our waitress even offered to plate our left overs for us without us having to ask. I'm not a huge lover of spicy foods however, the three pepper chicken is now my favorite dish. They tailored down the spice level for me which was perfect. It has a mixture of red pepper, green pepper, black pepper, and cayenne pepper, with sautéed onions, and spinach. The chicken is cut perfectly and offers a nice tender twist to the crunchy- texture of the peppers. The kung pao chicken my husband got was great. Not overly saucy, and the chicken was also super tender with nice crispy vegetables...
